Love the clothes and accessories! I have bought great jeans, tops, jackets and readers from here. Lisa, the owner, has a terrific eye for fashion and cutting edge design. She is fun, helpful and kind. She truly wants the best experience for her customers. Been coming here for 4 years both in season and in fall. I was visiting the Cape Cod area with my family and decided to explore Chatham's unique shopping area. I was excited to find Ports and Company because it had so many stylish options for Fall at reasonable prices. We were not greeted at all except with a smirk and silence. This should have been my first hint to leave immediately but I second guessed myself. I began searching for different sizes and I even asked my husband aloud to assist me while the owner looked on as if she could care less. There was no offer to help me in any way whatsoever which was surprising because I read other reviews which stated how helpful and pleasant the owner(s) went out of their way to be. My husband received such unwelcoming energy that he left with my son but I didnt want to give up. Finally, another one of the owner's entered the store looked at me and ignored me entirely. However, when another customer came in, she received the red carpet treatment. So I tried asking for help with an item and was looked up and down and told that there was only an XS and it was custom made in Greece. Clearly a variety of distasteful assumptions were made on her part and she was not comfortable with my presence in her store. So I received her message and left. This was by far the worst shopping experience.

Yes my absolute favorite place to shop!! They have special “finds” like no other place. Very friendly atmosphere, great quality items, best jewelry (get compliments all the time!) and they stand behind their products! I miss shopping and seeing all the friendly faces there! The very best place to shop!

Such a beautiful store with the most unique, fashion forward styles. Absolutely one of my number one travel shopping destinations. The customer service is outstanding as well! I inquired about a purchase that could be shipped to me and my Inquiry was answered within minutes. Very impressive boutique!!
