Monument Fitness is an exceptional gym. The workouts are challenging but scalable to all levels. The coaches actively engage with members to prioritize proper form and injury prevention. Gym equipment is in excellent condition and the space is always clean. There is a large parking lot and classes rarely max out. But really the community and coaches are the reason you will keep coming back. Highly recommend you try this gym, you are guaranteed to achieve your fitness goals!

Not a real gym. Refused to suggest gyms in the area with traditional weight machines. Bad image for Charlestown we should help one another.

I just stopped into Monument Fitness to talk to the staff about posting some Air Force literature. The coach I spoke to was very friendly. And they had a coffee bar that looked really cool. I look forward to going back.

Having had multiple surgeries and injuries on the same leg, I was hesitant to start what I knew to be an intense training regiment. So happy I gave it a try. The encouragement and coaching I receive from Monument is simply outstanding. For the first time in 5 years I am finally able to put muscle on my beat up leg. I am even running again! Super friendly and encouraging atmosphere. Words can’t describe how pleased I am.

The coaches are passionate and dedicated to helping you improve your fitness. Each coach brings their own style and their own intensity.Stacey has a fire and intensity that is motivating and encouraging! She can also provide a nutrition plan based on your personal goals with weekly check ins. IT IS NOT A DIET, it’s a life style change that is gradual and easy to manage, teaching you along the way to be mindful moving forward.This gym pushes you and brings you into their community exactly where you’re at. I’m a big fan of the sweat classes and look forward to going each class, even though I know it will be tough and as many of the coaches say, “we can do hard things!”

I wasn’t really sure what I was getting myself into when I joined Crossfit Lando 2 years ago. I was slightly intimidated because I had never done anything like it. That immediately changed after meeting Aaron, Stacey and the rest of the coaches who were so welcoming and helpful. The coaches are very knowledgeable and have pushed me to work hard and earn my fitness. The Crossfit programming is top notch and the Sweat classes are my absolute favorite. Throughout the Covid pandemic, Lando has been doing virtual classes that have truly helped keep me sane and healthy. Can’t wait to get back in the gym soon!

I think any business, no matter what it is, is all about people and relationships and at CrossFit Lando in Charlestown you experience this from the moment you meet the owners, Aaron and Stacey. They are both extremely professional, transparent, knowledgeable about the exercises, movements, form, pace, intensity and everything that comes with the Crossfit experience. On top of all this, they truly, truly care about their members, which is something I've experienced directly and witnessed since I joined CF Lando last year.Yes, Stacey, Aaron and the other coaches will push you hard and will help you dig deep for that extra rep, that extra jump or extra setup, but they will do it in a super motivating and non-intimidating way. Why? Because they know you can and because they've been there themselves. Joining and being part of CF Lando has been a great experience and truly transformative physically and mentally. Thrilled to be part of this gang and if anyone is interested in giving CF Lando a try, just go ahead, you won't regret it!

Great community! I have been coming to this box for years and love how welcoming and friendly it is here. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and can adapt your training to your experience level and to accommodate any injuries or limitations. Also, on-site PT is available if needed to deal with nagging muscle issues.

Get off the couch and come! You will challenge yourself mentally and physically while having a good time in a supportive environment. I worked out throughout my pregnancy and the gym has also helped me recover from my pregnancy.
