It was my first time at Burchells Jewelry to get a watch battery. Alex is Incredible and a Fantastic Personality. He is getting est to fix a men's watch I haven't had on for many years. The watch needs a few things to make it work I hope pray ?? this sentimental value piece can fixed. It would mean so much to me especially for a great Birthday present for February. It is illuminating, sacred, durable; it is precious.After all the wonderful and difficult times, betrayals, forgiveness and joys, that we have lived through during our 22 years together, we asked a local jewelry artist to design a new set of wedding bands for our 20th Wedding Anniversary. We asked for it to reflect the feelings of continuity, eternal, moon, oceans, waves and nature – the elements that brought us much healing during our darkest days. Alex Zvagin at Burchell’s Jewelry created this set for us, and we are elated. The bands fit uniquely into each other, as we fit uniquely into our love of each other. And Alex created ocean waves that are never ending, flowing, individual and vibrant – just as our love is forever living. A comment his FB page said, “How freaking cool is that” and we cannot agree more.

First time visiting the store since they were in Stoughton ten years ago. Needed links removed on my new watch. Alex dropped everything he was doing and took care of me on the spot and price was most reasonable. That left a great impression! Now that I know there is such a skilled and honest on premise bench jewler in town, I will head to Burchell's for my future jewelry needs.

I am very, particular about my pieces.When my Dad passed and gifted me his men's bracelet, Alex was the only person I could trust to size it right.When I got married last week the rings Alex designed for us were stunning!!! The size,cut,color,clarity, and carat weight were spot on!
