Great CSA! Fruits and veggies are delicious and price is competitive for what you get.

Great, unsuspecting community farm located right in between the Blue Hills and 93. Farm stand available to the public on Tuesday and Thursday from 2-6:30 and Saturdays 9-1. You park near the entrance then walk down the drive a bit and on your right you will see the section for CSA pickup and behind that is a smaller farm stand open to the public. They had nice offerings from both their community farm and other local farms, and the person running the stand was incredibly helpful and nice. You are able to pay using credit card which was a pleasant surprise. This is a DCR property so take advantage of being able to walk around and enjoy the grounds.

Incredible CSA. Wonderful produce and lovely people. Everyone should get a share. I look forward to picking up my veggies, flowers and fruit each week.

Always enjoy stopping in and getting something from the farm stand. I also highly recommend getting a share from here if you're lucky enough to be able to. Staff is always friendly and more often than not very knowledgeable about the various produce they sell.

Typically, I am not one to complain, not to mention feel as if I need to publicly voice my complaints; but with the state of the world being what it is, I just can't understand why anyone would be this rude to a complete stranger so I have to say something. On our drive home after finishing a walk around Houghton's Pond yesterday evening, my young son and I decided to stop at this farm stand in hopes of purchasing some fresh veggies for dinner. We pulled in, as another car was pulling out and parked. As I was starting to walk over, a woman, who identified as being "on the board" came over to me and exasperatedly started to yell/tell me that where I had parked "didn't make sense," & that now "others were going to have a problem" because of me. I apologized, and let her know it was our first time there, and I had seen another car parked there so I assumed that it was okay but would absolutely move. (My car was not parked in the way at all. There was ample room for all the cars to get in and out.) She then threw her hands up and said "yea well I don't know where you should park. But maybe if you see cars coming in you can tell them to park over there instead." She walked away and just clearly was having a very bad day. This is very unfortunate, however her bad day was not my fault and getting yelled at in a parking lot in front of other people is not the way to fix it. Might I suggest, since she was "on the board", that they define the parking spaces so this doesn't happen again? Might I also suggest to them that they designate a parking attendant instead of demanding a potential customer do it? We will NOT be returning to this farm stand.

Went on a school field trip. One of the best field trips I've ever been on. Can't wait to go back for some fresh produce!

Visited during the Maple Sugar Festival and it was an amazing experience. There is plenty of parking available at near Houghtons pond and other places nearby, with free trolley service to the site. All the different steps of maple syrup production was out for display. The DNR had some birds and horses for display plus a free entry to the Trailside museum that day. The only disappointment was there was no opportunity to buy the Maple syrup prepared at the farm, although there was a free sample of fresh maple syrup provided onsite.
