I lived here for a while now. I love this place because of the following reasons:1. Outstanding management and maintenance team. They go above and beyond to help you. Mike, the manager is really proactive and get things done as needed.2. Great locations for public transportation and easy commute. Has huge park just crossing the street. I love my morning or afternoon walks on this huge park.3. It has plenty of car parking space. It costs you few bucks but you don’t need to worry about car parking (and that’s a big deal in Boston!).4. My apartment was really clean and has no issues. If I needed anything, they helped within 24 hours or earlier.5. Finally, I felt home here. The people on this community are respectful and friendly. I’m glad that I choose this place to call my home.Thank you so much, Team Walden Park Apartment! Keep up the amazing work that you all do. ?

over priced and poorly maintained. Hallways and stair wells look like they belong in a prison. Dog owners frequently let their dogs urinate in common spaces and don’t clean up after them to the point that the basement hallways smell like urine. Today someone let their dog pee in the elevator and left it there, lots of poorly trained dogs that can’t walk in hallways with other dogs ( they have a policy to restrict breeds but it clearly doesn’t prevent aggressive dogs from moving in). My dog has been bitten because people don't control their dogs in common spaces. There’s been a weekend where vomit was left in the elevator for two days. You can’t turn off your heat till the end of may so with rising temps the apartments can be very uncomfortable in prison. Management told me to run my AC over my heat. Cockroaches (even on the third floor). I heard residents have received rent increases of hundreds of dollars which is obscene given the lack of money they put into the property. Pool area is run down with broken chairs, They’ve raised their prices a couple hundred dollars since I moved here in March. It’s a non smoking property but residents just sit in the parking lot and smoke and litter on the property. Some of this I think could be addressed by management, some of it is just residents not being respectful.

Fantastic, dog friendly apartment building. The staff is amazing and so many nearby parks for my cockapoo to run.

Mike Duran and staff have been very forthcoming to make move-in a seamless process for my client, up to and including leasing consultant Yolanda Wright going above and beyond to help my client on Yolanda's first day on the job. When I was looking for apartments, I came across Walden Park Apartments, I made an appointment to schedule a tour, the tour was confirmed and my friend and I visited. We saw two units, I liked both units. I spoke with Allie P from the leasing office, to let her know I would return with my husband to see the units. I made an appointment for 9/23/2023 at 11:30 .We both took a tour and desired to take the 3T unit. I came back on 9/25/2023 to the leasing office but it was closed, so I returned the next day 9/26/2023, with the application filled out and the thousand dollars for the holding fee.Upon my return with my friend we encountered a rude and dismissive tenant, who said we couldn't come in and sit, the tenant then pushed my friend and she asked why he would push her. I had an appointment but he was still very angry, so went into the office and complained about why we were trying to enter the building. I then went to the office to see Allie but she was talking on the phone. Mike D asked if he could help, I told him Yes I have an appointment to see Allie, to return some information.That's when the problem started, Mike said to me she can't see me now because I have to make an appointment. I told him I have an appointment, but he didn't want to listen. Mike then said can come later in the day but I couldn't due to living far away. After Allie was off the phone she greeted me and let him know that I have an appointment but he didn't change his mind. He kept saying she had an appointment with someone at 10:00am. I told him that it is 10:20 am and the person isn't here yet, so I just wanted to give her the information and we could talk later.I believe the Community Manager Mike D. Made up his mind. As a Manager he disrespected his co-worker and me, the future tenant. He needs training in Communication Skills, Active Listening,Skills and Contextual communication skills.Ms. Margaret D.

I’ve lived at Walden Park 3 different times over the past decade or so and hands down this is the best value around. I’ve always lived in the studio units and found them to be super spacious and always nice and sunny for my plants!Don’t expect the Taj Mahal as they are slightly older buildings but it is clean, safe and in my experience had great neighbors. It’s surprisingly quiet for a building of its type.Jeremy who runs the leasing office and is really helpful and friendly to deal with. I don’t recall the name of the manager that was prior to Jeremy but she was also great.

The package thefts at this point don't make the cost of living here worth it. Management ignores the issue and packages continue to go missing. Our packages go "missing" every few months on a regular basis. Think twice about signing the lease.

I lived there from 2019 to the end of 2020. The apartments are big and full of light, but also unfortunately full of mice. The experience with mouses was horrible, maintenance always came on time and laid traps around the place, but when a building has that many mouses, there is nothing that traps can solve. At one time a trap under my stove captured almost 8 of them. and that was only one of the traps.

Too many delivery thefts makes the stay unpleasant. Multiple complaints to management and requests to take action have been ignored. I can see the communtiy forum full of theft complints and management failing to respond to any of them. It is so sad that people have to pay 3200$ a month on rent and have their package delivered to work address so that it is safe.

You are going to want to read this! I had a tour scheduled Friday, November 19th at 5:00 PM. I was traveling from Pennsylvania to look at some apartments because I am relocating here after the New Years. The guy called me an hour before my scheduled tour time saying he had to reschedule which was frustrating because it's your job and you should put your clients first, which Walden Park does not do. I was very disappointed because I was traveling all this way. Their voicemail specially says, "we respect your time." They do not and it's just a lie and catchy slogan to attract people to their "great business." We rescheduled the appointment for the following day (Saturday, November 20th) at 3:00PM. I show up at 3:00 PM and I call them to let them know I was here. A lady picked up and said she had no record of me having an appointment and that I had one for yesterday. I emphasized that it was rescheduled for today at 3:00 PM, but the guy must not have put it in the system. She said she sent the guy a message to let him know I was here and that I should be expecting a call from the guy and she KNEW I was outside waiting in the parking lot. I sat and waited in the parking lot for about 20-30 minutes and the guy never called me. I even called the phone number he called me on when he rescheduled and he didn't answer. I haven't heard from him the entire day and it is now 10:00 PM. Didn't even bother to call me and just completely forgot and ghosted me. Completely disorganized business. I would look elsewhere if you don't like chaos.

We’ve lived in Walden Park apartments for almost a year now.The maintenance and office team are always so nice to us. ❤️We love our apartment and the amenities. It’s always organized and clean.Our neighbors are super nice too!!

It is a beautiful location in Cambridge. This best thing I can say about this apartment complex is that it is located in a wonderful neighborhood.
