To save everyone a pointless trek, as of Mar 2024 they no longer allow public access. Only accept laundry by weight. Go to the one in Oxford Street instead.

They do not allow public laundry that is not displayed anywhere - so if yo need to do your own laundry don't try this place.

My daughter ran the Boston marathon and then we had limited time for touring Boston the next day but needed laundry done. We were lucky to find this place. We dropped off laundry in am and picked it up cleaned, folded and packed in convenient bag in late afternoon. The person at desk was friendly and excellent. This worked great for us.

I just moved into a lovely apartment that unfortunately happens to only have a washer and a dryer in the apartment complex. One of the units is out of order, so I scrambled to find a laundromat nearby where I could get a wash and fold drop-off service while I ran errands for my new apartment. I had never gotten a drop-off service before. I came across this laundromat and the lady working at the cash register told me the price for the service was $72 (comforter was $30 which is a flat price, clothes/sheets were $42 because it's $3 per pound). She told me it would be ready at 3pm, which is when the establishment closes on Saturdays. I left with a sigh of relief. I ran errands for a few hours and lost track of time, but luckily when I called at around 4pm, the same lady was still working due to the high volume of drop-off services. She was so kind as to let me come pick up my stuff (knowing that the establishment is closed on Sunday) and she was very sweet! The price she told me upfront was exactly what I had to pay. When I got home, my clothes, sheets, and comforter were perfectly folded, and it was so easy to just put everything in the right place. I'm absolutely coming here more often, but I'll just do self-service.

This is a gem of a laundromat! The owners are so friendly and reliable. Tree goes beyond the limits expected to deliver wonderful service. She even delivered an item to my home that had arrived late to her store. I would certainly recommend them! Liz Jochnick

Kind and welcoming owners. They're small and take the time to take care of their customers. Do a better job than the other around, but when I need a 24 hour turn around I go to one of their competitors. They do occasionally close so they can take a day off. My choice in the Harvard Square area.

I lugged all my stuff down there during regular hours and they told me they were closed. The worst! Businesses should keep the hours they post.

Small location but machines work great. $3 per load for the washer (apx 6 lbs) and $.25 for 4 mins per load in the dryer. Very large dryers. One dryer can hold two full washer loads. Change available. No wifi.

A coin laundry run by a charming Vietnamese owner. It's $3 each time. It will be ready in about 30 minutes (^_^) There is a cafe next door where you can eat delicious coffee and hot sandwiches, so it's a good place to wait!
