Jonathan Escotto gave me a tour of Hanover Alewife. He gave a great tour and answered all my questions. Hanover Alwife is a nice place to call home.

The service was phenomenal. Toured with Jay and he was awesome. We honestly fell in love with the place and signed the day we toured. We told them we loved it, but we wanted a little less on the 14 month lease and Jay did the best he could for us and got us a month free and a little extra! Answered all our questions with enthusiasm and they really seemed to want us there and help us out where they could. I couldn’t recommend the service more. I move in this May and couldn’t be more excited. We worked mostly with Jay, but everyone was so helpful on the team!!!

Great apartment with great staff. Clare at the leasing office was very accommodating of what my spouse and I were looking for, and she found and showed us several units that we would like. We were able to make our decision based on a good amount of information.

I toured around 15 apartments in the Boston area. Out of all of them, I had the best experience with the Hanover Alewife leasing team. I first toured with Anjo, who was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful in answering all of my questions in detail regarding the unit, building, and the Alewife community.After a few days, I had some follow-up questions, and Andrew allowed me to come in for the second time and take a look at the unit again before I applied. He even helped me navigate the most convenient way to get from the parking garage to the apartment unit. Thank you to the Hanover team for helping me so thoroughly in person and on the phone!

I came on here to brag about Clare who was extremely helpful with my tour. She was very professional and sat down with me to understand what I was looking for in the apartment. She gave it to me straight and forward and was able to answer all of my questions. Best leasing assistant that I’ve had while apartment searching here in the Boston metro. The size of space and convenience of Alewife and grocery makes this place comfortable for someone that doesn’t want to be a little outside of the crazy but close enough to get into it easily.
