Beware, do not go to this store. The old guy at the front desk was lecturing on how they dont follow shipment rules and somehow related it to making america great again. Also he did not know what he was doing, entered my address wrong and did not know how to generate invoices. His manager had to intervene to get everything done correctly. I complained to the manager before leaving the store, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else

I had a prepaid shipping label. The agent gave me an envelope (for free) to put my documents in. There were scissors and glue to help with shipping. I then simply dropped it off in the drop box.

Worst customer service ever. I have never seen anyone so rude to their customers. He may need some training or help or look for a different job.

Had a really bad experience. Trying to print something and ship a package was told I HAD to use the printer but when it didn't work an employee got frustrated and double charged me and kept telling me to do it again. He was slurring and escalated quickly. When I calmly explained it literally wasn't working and it was the machine he left to go get a manager. The employee was drunk and extremely rude and double charged, refused to listen.

I overheard the portly white manager talking about how packages “fall off the truck” all the time to one of his employees. I confronted him about it and he got nervous and shifty eyed and tried to tell me I misunderstood.
Typical. Corporate theft usually happens from the inside. I doubt these people make a living wage and are desperate and poor. FedEx getting what it deserves for relying on wage slavery.

Terribly rude and unhelpful staff, on several different visits. Same day service charged was when order wouldn't be ready until next day, but sone excuse about business hours was used. Staff also refused to assist with trouble on their website and said "If I wanted their help, I could pay for their expertise and use in store design services and pay twice as much for the work"Absolutely appalling behavior in a customer-facing business. If be embarrassed to employ staff with this mindset.

BEWARE — PRICE GOUGING & TERRIBLE SERVICE ... I have been going to the Harvard location for YEARS and never before did they charge an exorbitant fee for printing an online order ahead of the pick-up time. I showed up an hour before my $3 online order was ready and asked if they could print it early instead of me having to wait. I've done this many times. They were NOT busy at all but claimed they would need to charge me an extra $50 rush charge to do so. Other locations will do this for free if they are not busy. I can't believe how this location wants to gouge its customers now.I was annoyed so I asked to cancel my order and the woman employee just stared at me. So I repeated myself and she continued to stare blankly but eventually uttered a "Yes" but did nothing else. So I asked her is there anything I needed to do to make sure the order was cancelled to which she just blankly stared at me. She failed to explain that if I didn't bother to pick up my order it would automatically get cancelled. Abysmal customer service. Beyond horrible.This location wasn't this terrible before they moved down the street. The employees used to be extremely courteous and helpful. I have no idea what happened. AVOID AVOID AVOID
