I had a terrible experience at this branch in Central Square. I've gone in a handful of times for simple transactions and been ignore by Management and Staff alike on multiple occasions. I came in yesterday 03-17-24 between 1:25pm and 1:32pm to deposit a check endorsed to me and was ignore by the Male teller. I was the only individual in line and he did not call me over or greet me in a friendly manner. He glared at me and made me feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable. This is not how you treat a customer who entrusts their money in your hands. I was appalled at how rude and unprofessional he was and I left unsatisfied with my experience and my Bank as a whole. Years ago when I worked at Citizens Bank I was trained to greet each customer with a smile and say welcome I can help you. I've never had that experience in Central Square which is truly discouraging. Whether I have $100 or $10k in my account I should be treated with respect. This branch lacks integrity in so many ways.

Super nice people: they managed at 9 AM to schedule a meeting with a rep at another branch at 9:30 which allowed me to close on my house. Thank you!

This reviews is for the Black people do not go to this bank. You will be racially profiled by the security guard and then he will call the police on you. I went to the bank and was being helped by the manager and the security guard said that I was making a scene and called the police then the manager did nothing to help me, do not go to this branch. You will be profiled and you will have the police called on you.

The only Bank of America that never has quarter for their customers. I don’t know if is because is me or they don’t give it to anyone. The way they talk is also very rude. Need to reinforce customer service

I’ve gone in few times during the day for basic services. Staff friendliness and helpfulness is hit or miss. The ATMs in the front are a nice feature and are open outside of business hours.

I tried to walk in at 11am on a Wednesday and they were closed. If you're not going to be open during non-business hours, at least be open during business hours!Staff there was very helpful on my previous visits however.
