Today I was in the store looking around with my daughter, and when we got to the top floor, the saleswoman looked at me and said, without my asking, "the sale section is over there." I replied perplexed, "ok," but I wasn't there to look specifically at sales. My daughter was interested in summer tops. I am not sure if it was my causal dress, or something else that may have indicated I'd only want to see the discount rack, but it felt odd. We didn't buy anything because it made me feel unwelcome. Not sure if this was personal or if most people just want the sales, so that's what she led with, but fyi seller on 3rd floor, bad sales tactic!
Giving 2 stars because they have a nice inventory and store layout, but poor customer service.

Awful experience at this store with a discriminatory sales clerk. The manager, however, was kind when I brought this complaint to their attention.

Nice store. Loved the smell of candles ever since I was a child. Pretty clothing and accessories. If you are a lady and want to look for an inspiring lifestyle, this is the place to go.

Horrendous customer service. I had asked for a price adjustment within the window of their company policy as posted on their website. The ladies at this store said that that's not something they do and that it's against their company policy (a blatant lie). According to this lady, only items that are bought the same day as the sale can be price adjusted (but if this was true, then I wouldn't need a price adjustment to begin with...). After telling her that I had actually read the company policy, she tried to backtrack and told me that I should leave my number and they'll call me after asking someone about it. This turned out to be another lie because I got a call several weeks later saying that someone found my number in a stack of cards and then proceeded to ask if I was placing a hold on the cards. I will never shop at an Anthropologie again. The company must realize that their workers are the face of their company right...

Awaiting resolution. No manager to speak to me yet apparently.
Beware: Red shopping bags they use bleed in rain. Ruined brand new raincoat, pair jeans and another tote bag my daughter was wearing after minimal time in rain carrying red Anthro bag. Was offered 20% discount on future purchase. That doesn’t replace the raincoat. Have left message for return call over a week ago. No response. Courtesy would be nice to start

Instead of apologizing, this tall blond skinny female staff at the cashier talks in such a condescending tone when a customer is inconvenienced by a bug in their own software system, as if it is none of her business. This young staff doesn’t understand that she is representing the brand of Anthropology as a staff in this retail store, and that her attitude not only harms her own image, but also the reputation of Anthropology as a clothing brand among customers. Ridiculously unhelpful.

We always like visiting these stores where ever we find them. My girlfriend enjoyed the store and we always find something we like. This store had about 4 floors of items, it was nice looking through the different departments. The employees were very helpful!

Its a nice store but location was kinda unexpectedly hard to find.. away from the regular streets of Harvard, in a place I never recall to have walked on. I had confusion when in the store and asked directions within, the attendant there gave me so much confusion ? I got stuck on the ground level didnt know where to go, theres was no elevator as instructed. I had to wait for someone to find me and give me some hands on help to guide me out of this maze.
