The ingredients are diverse and the prices are cheap. This is the supermarket I go to most often these days. There is no self-check, and when you pay, the staff puts all your items in paper bags. There are a lot of people every time I go to Market Basket, and I think there are many reasons. Recommended.

Confusing because items that should be together were not together.

Great store, location is awful. Bicycle parking anemic and consistently blocked by carts and store equipment.

Great place to shop. Best prices. Pizza is good for the price. I give it a 5.9 or so which is good for the price. Better than Domino's and some of the other chain pizza places.

Great grocery store with lots of fresh veggies, fruits and meat. It also has a good amount of Asian food. The price is always the best.

been patronizing this store for nearly 30 years . decent pricing but a healthy selection attracts me to this store. some{rare} employees have an attitude, but that suits me fine for rarely, if ever converse with the help {nothing personal}

Market Basket is a New England grocery chain. The items in the store are controlled by the store managers. Market Basket products are usually of good quality.

Unsure how I feel about this location. Beware of slimy pre-packaged (most likely unwashed) salads, mislabeled and under-heated prepared foods, (their breakfast sandwiches labeled as “French toast” are actually between 2 cold untoasted slices of cinnamon raisin bread (umm excuse me?!??)). They are unprepared for service when they open at 7am. No breakfast items are ready and the cafe is not operational until who knows when (not me, since I have to be at work at 7:30am. I tried getting my coffee from the cafe ONE TIME and it was such a disaster that I will never bother trying again. And before you suggest that I stock up on groceries the day before, try doing that when you have no access to a refrigerator.
Update: 7/17
-Massive fly trapped inside the pastry case this morning, landing on all the donuts. I let it out but if you ate donuts from here today, that fly was definitely on them!

I took my brother who is veteran to shop at the Burlington MA location . He has an EBT card. The purchase was for $110. He told the man he had 105 on the card and he would pay the difference in cash. He swiped his card three times and each time the man told him it didn’t go through. My brother asked me to swipe the card for him. At that point the man looked at me and said he only has 105 on the card. The purchase is 110 and somewhat mumbled accent. I told him yes, and he will pay the difference in cash as he told you, I swipe the card and miraculously it went through and my brother paid the five dollars difference in cash. This store has gone downhill considerably in the past 6 to 8 months. Most of the employees walk around with their cell phones attached to their ears speaking a foreign language. You don’t get any help when you ask for it. The employees have gotten more rude, more lazy and more ignorant towards its customers. I think it might be time to find a new store to shop.
