Sending a huge thank you to Adara- manager of the Mac store Burlington- for all her help and patience giving my mom a new amazing look. Adara is so kind and friendly - and she knows her stuff! She helped my mom learn how to apply everything properly and made her a cheat sheet to help her remember. Answered all her questions.. and gave my mom her card to call her if she needs help!! I can not thank her enough for such an incredible experience.. she is a gift!

Purchased 3 eyeliners for $19 each for wife’s first vacation in 5 years. When she got back the one eyeliner she brought with her was a 2” stub. Brought to this location and showed to manager. She said I needed the receipt. Showed credit card statement showing purchase three weeks prior. She said it was due to bad sharpener. Sharpener works fine on other MAC eyeliners. Manager said should have been used once brought in immediately. Could not because wife was on trip (with nonfunctional liner). Manager said she could not do anything. Defective product, high price, nonexistent customer service.

The young lady who worked on 6/25/22 around 2pm did an awesome job on my eyes and lashes. It came out looking like she worked on my eyes for hours but did it so quickly that's talent!

I'm a MAC makeup devotee and will happily buy their products anywhere, but the Burlington location has by far the best staff I've encountered. Their product knowledge is amazing, and they always match me with colors and products that exactly suit my skin tone, taste and needs. They'll also make great suggestions if you're up for trying something new.

My daughter was at the age where she was ready to wear light makeup. I brought her in to get a correct color match. We worked with Dan and I explained that we wanted to keep the natural look since she was still young. Unfortunately, due to Covid, he was unable to actually test products directly on her, but he offered to give his best advice on what he thought would match up for her. Dan was right on the money! The power and concealer color match was perfect. He was very nice, spoke directly with my daughter (which was really nice), and didn't try to sell us anything we weren't looking for. Dan made her first experience in MAC a truly great one. I've been a customer for years, and now they just made another one.

Ali is amazing! She did my wedding makeup, and was incredibly skillful and friendly. She was super flexible, knowledgeable, and innovative as she worked with me through my trial and real application to get my perfect bridal look!!

I came in three weeks ago with a make-up emergency. The store was packed and I was pretty sure I was going to leave. A guy approached me and was very nice and at first I was skeptical. I've never had a male do makeup for me. He sat me down, was very patient, and I was very happy with his service. I don't like anything heavy or “beat†and his artistry matched what I needed. His name was Corey - I think he is the manager. My new favorite product is the setting spray - it is called Fix +. I'll certainly be back!!

I absolutely cannot rave enough about this M.A.C location. I've had my makeup done by almost everyone who works here and my experience has always been above and beyond. Every employee is so lovely and such a joy to chat with. I recently booked 10+ appointments for the month of May for recurring events I was going to and the enthusiasm and artistry of every single appointment showed clearly. The versatility of the artists is truly incredible. I've had very natural makeup as well as very dramatic looks done and they're always perfect. If I could give more than 5 stars, I 100% would. Every artist at this location deserves recognition and the one who has truly been my savior this month is Ali. Not only is she one of the sweetest and most hilarious girls ever, she's freakin talented! My makeup is consistently gorgeous every time. But I've also had applications by Johanna, Summer, and Neha who are so wonderful! I cannot thank these girls enough :) To address some of the other reviews, yes, the location may be a little cozy but they use the space incredibly well. Whoever said their service was less than stellar must've been on something... If you ever need makeup, applications, or are window shopping, this location is well worth your time.

I went to Burlington Mac to get my make up done for a wedding I was attending, I set up an appointment with a girl named Nicole. I left the appointment in tears because I was so dissatisfied with not only how my make up came out but her lack of customer service skills. I had tried to explain that the look was not what I had hoped for and instead of being understanding and trying to come up with a solution she was rude and told me that “this was how make up is supposed to look†I felt so uncomfortable that I just paid and left. I had hoped to go there to feel beautiful and I left feeling much worse than when I got there. I will never go back to this Mac and I would advise other people to go elsewhere if looking to get their make up done for a special day.
