I've been going here for my clothes for years. My man Sheldon always takes good care of me and, most importantly, will never sell me anything unless it fits properly. I have not always had that experience in other stores.

I am thrilled to be able to acknowledge and express appreciation for the kind and generous services I have received at Hajjar's Bill and Tall Mens Clothing store in Burlington, On Cambridge Street.In the past, I have been able to get quality gifts there for reasonable prices. The customer service has always been respectful and informative. But last Tuesday, February 7, 2023, the service was over the top. I wanted to get a gift for a friend of mine who is in the hospital. The price was a few dollars beyond my budget at the time, and I was mumbling to myself about najubg a sacrifice. The Gentleman who attended me, said "Well, what were you wanting to pay?" I told him, that I realized the purchase items was well worth the price, but I was a bit short a few dollars for the gift I wanted to give a hospitalized friend. The Gentlman, I regret that I do not have his name, I think he is the manager. He said to me, why you have to have a nice present for someone in the hospital; how about I give you this item; that will make everyone happy, yes?I was amazed, pleased, hesitant, willing to make a donation, but he wouldn't let me. He said "Here take this, you can have it; it's OK; you've been here before and I hope you will come back again." Have a nice day and say hello to your friend for me, I hope he gets better." I hope I said thank you as I, over joyed, rushed out to the car to tell my friend what a blessing I had just gotten. She understood the condition of my finances; she rejoiced with me. So, I just want to say that I am always pleased when I go to Hajjar's Big & Tall Mens Clothing store. I always find just the right gift and always a pleasant atmosphere there. I will never expect another such favor, I'll be better prepared when I go there next time, but I. am so blessed to know that there are still many very considerate, kind, and generous people in this world. He was as delighted to share as I was to receive. So, please know that when you go to this store, Hajjar's you will be greeted with a warmth, treated with kindness, and assured of getting good information for making a proper selection.Much Appreciation, Dee E. Plane landed in Boston, I needed clothes, they took measurements and I walked out after 12 minutes with new clothes to attend an outing for a great price. The three gentlemen were extremely helpful as soon as I walked in until I left. Another satisfied customer!

Earlier this week, my husband was invited to an interview for his dream job, and we had a day and half to purchase a suit. After failing to find anything at the first couple stores we tried, we were directed to Hajjar's by a sales associate at Jos. A. Bank. When we looked up the driving directions, we noticed that Hajjars was scheduled to close at 6:00 - and it was 5:55, on Columbus Day, no less. My husband called, explained the situation, and the owner cheerfully invited us to come over. When we arrived a few minutes later, the owner had already pulled out a suit in my husband's size for him to try, and it was perfect. He also helped us find a shirt, belt, and tie. The owner kept the store open a full half-hour after closing to assist us, and even gave us a discount on the suit. Throughout, he was nothing but gracious and good-humored. My husband and I were so grateful for the amazing customer service we received at Hajjar's. We will be so glad to support this local business again for future business attire purchases.
