Called and spoke with Steve in sales. I am looking to match a toilet handle to the faucet in my bathroom. Sent him photos of the faucet. He said he would get back with me. No call or email. I called again, spoke with someone else. He said he would follow up with me. No follow up. Very disappointed. Will shop elsewhere. Receptionist is not friendly or helpful, either.

Great customer care , I have had great luck with their showroom and also inside sales. Recommend these guys any day over some of their competition.

Paid over $900 for bathroom fixtures that were never ordered. After days of trying to find my order I was told that my name was misspelled, order never put through and now it will be 10 weeks before delivery. Adam was not helpful in finding a manager on duty and was annoyed with my frustration at his company's screw up. Customer service is lacking aside from Amanda who was very helpful with a separate order.

If you can't find what you're looking for at Ferguson's, you aren't going to find it! They have a great selection of everything: lights, bathrooms, kitchens. Their showroom is very nice. The consultants we've worked with have been very helpful and knowledgeable. Great place for home improvement or new construction shopping.

Ferguson bath and kitchen in Burlington Ma is not far from the mall. The showroom is beautiful. They have a good selection. I wouldn't in the future d0 business with them. Their customer service is lacking in trying to get a response. I am installing a new bathroom and the holdup is the processing of the order. Contractors are ready but the order isn't. So disappointing. Unfortunately the customer is not important to them. Please drive right past the store unless you want poor service , unreturned phone calls , order not processed , delays without explanation. Worse customer service.
