Dropped off some pants and a skirt for tailoring and they look perfect. Dropped off Friday afternoon and was already done by Monday. The woman and man who work here are also lovely people, great place for tailoring!

I dropped off my dry cleaning, which was nearly all of my dress shirts, and a suit to be tailored. They never told me my suit was ready, and then they closed for a week and did not call to let me know or let me know when I dropped off my clothes. Now I have no suit and a wedding to attend in 2 days. I cannot believe they wouldn't let their customers know they were closing for a full week.
There was no mention of closing, and they will not answer the phone. The bare minimum is a warning that the store will be closed when you drop off your things.

I was overcharged for dry cleaning of a very simple, casual dress - I was charged as if it was delicate, formal dress. I've had the dress for years and had it dry cleaned a few times before but after taking it to Harvard Cleaners, the fabric texture changed and it had shrunk. Our family is a longtime customer of Harvard Cleaners---and for good reason. This wonderful family-business does an incredible job.We also appreciate that only the best, green/organic products are used on fabrics, and particular attention is placed on the type of fabrics being cleaned.One case-in-point, is my mother's beautiful, hand-knitted, afghan, which recently needed cleaning. Thanks to Harvard Cleaners, this now looks as magnificent as the day my mother created her priceless, yet functional, work of art.Thanks so much for being a gem in our community!

Friendly, and reliable. So grateful to Harvard Cleaners going above and beyond each and every time. They delivered my husband's suit (that he needed for a business trip the next day) to our nearby apartment because we were unable to pick it up before they closed. That is customer service! We've used them for cleaning, laundry, and pressing. All excellent.Services: Clothes pressing

I've been using this place for my dry cleaning for the past ten years or so, and every time I use them, Lee, Tony, and the staff have always done an excellent job on all of my dry cleaning. I've never had any issues with the way they dry clean my clothing. They always go above and beyond for me when they dry clean my clothing. A few times, they've even done my dry cleaning faster for me when I needed it done.

The lapel crease on my navy suit jacket is messed up afterwards dry cleaning here; it looks like they turned the lapel at the wrong spot because now the crease is showing on the front of the jack and the two sides don't match. I'll take it to another place to get this fixed, I guess.

Harvard Cleaners is literally the best!!! I've been to all the dry cleaners in Brookline and Harvard really cares about their costumers. Lee is an amazing tailor as well, and she's such a sweetheart. They're always super quick and reliable, and all organic!

SCAM SCAM SCAM These people are liars!! I dropped stuff off and looked at the price shortly after leaving and quickly called to tell them not to clean my items. Somehow they claimed they already cleaned one of my dresses which already seemed fishy. I sent my daughter in to grab the items, but leave the "cleaned" dress there since she didn't have money on her at the time. Due to my busy schedule I was only able to go in a week later, and when I went in they claimed they already gave my daughter the dress which was a lie! My meter had already run out at this point and the lady advised me to put money in the meter as they continue to search for my missing dress. They were just trying to buy themselves time get it hung up and make it look like they cleaned it. When I got home I took it out of the plastic to find the dress completely wrinkled and still smelling like the box it sat in for a couple years in storage. DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE!!!
