Why is the ATM closed on Sunday?
It used to be that chase had a good network of ATMs, but if they are closed, that's no longer the case.

Couldn’t get in to use the ATM. This is at 3pm on a Saturday. Door was locked and the tap to enter to access the ATM didn’t work for any of my cards (all chase cards). Unfortunate because there aren’t many chase banks around. Will probably switch to a different bank because of how inaccessible

This branch is excellent to deal with during lobby hours. Excellent and friendly service. I would give a better rating except for the fact that the ATM is their only one within 2 miles and is currently not available outside of the 9-5 lobby hours.

Chase is an excellent company, but the service at this branch is extremely poor. Lack of patience for small issues seems very unprofessional. So I will definitely not consider using their complicated products or services, because there are too many banks here, and no one is friendlier than "them". (2021)
A year later, I decided to revise my review. Because after the public criticism, the service changed completely. The staff structure here has changed, with better diversity and more patience and meticulousness towards customers. This is the real Chase that is famous for its reputation and makes everyone trust and satisfied! (2023)

@ChaseSupport I am writing to formally submit a complaint on behalf of my mother, a private client at your institution. I would like to bring to your attention a series of unpleasant events during her visit to the Chase branch in Brookline, MA, on September 26th.Upon her arrival, my mother was unaware that an appointment was required for service, as this had not been communicated to her beforehand. She approached a relationship banker to inquire about initiating a wire transfer. It seemed that the banker was occupied at the time and asked her to wait. Meanwhile, she observed three other staff members are just talking.When my mother inquired about using the restroom facilities, her request was declined without any explanation or provision of alternative options. This response was surprising and disappointing, as it was inconsistent with the level of courtesy and professionalism we have come to expect from Chase based on our previous experiences.I would like to express my concern that the treatment of my mother may have been influenced by discriminatory biases, as she is an Asian woman and English is not her first language. I implore the management at the Brookline branch to reflect on this incident and ensure that all clients, regardless of their background or language proficiency, are treated with respect and dignity.Thank you for taking the time to address this matter. We hope that steps will be taken to prevent such an incident from occurring in the future and to uphold the high standards of customer service that Chase is known for.
