I brought two rings to Warren Jewelers to have fixed. Both are very sentimental and my wife was nervous giving them to anyone. I was informed of the repairs that would be performed and agreed with their professional recommendation. The owner informed me that is would take seven to ten business days, I was fine with this timeline. I was called seven days later to pick the rings up. The price was exactly what I expected. Upon returning the rings to my wife she was amazed at how they looked. Meticulously cleaned, repair undetectable. The diamonds shine more than the day we purchased them. I am extremely happy with the level of service and expertise. Exceptional company.

I brought two of my wife's very special rings to Warren Jewelers for repairs. I was informed of the repairs needed and agreed to the recommendation given. Seven days later I was informed they were ready for pickup. I returned them to my wife and she was thrilled. The repair is undetectable and the cleaning that was performed is exceptional. They meticulously cleaned and polished these rings. Better than when we bought them. Amazing!

If I could give a negative star I would. I gave them a small chain to fix that took them 2 months to do. They such poor job that the chain broke while sleeping. I wouldn't bring it back for them to fix, it would just be more time wasted.

Very unprofessional. My daughter took this necklace to have the “clasp” latch repaired. We know it’s not 14 K gold. She made it clear it was her Grandmothers (my Mother) who recently passed away. They said they could fix it. She paid. It took 2 weeks due to having to send it somewhere. No complaints. Once we picked up the necklace it broke within 24 hours. Called they told her they would repair it. After the 2nd time picking it up this is what we got. What was a 18 inch necklace is now 12 3/4 inches. 2 different colors. I called and spoke the the owner. He was very rude and kept saying it’s gold plated and that’s the best they could do. And from there said the reason it’s like that is because he knew how much it meant to my daughter so (repaired the 2nd time free). Never refunding the first time. We know it’s not 14 k gold. The necklace was 18 in when dropped off the 2nd time. The necklace was the same color and had been the past 5 years my mother had it. (Never once had it turned colors). Now it is not repairable. It’s the size of a choker and barely together. Never did they offer to do anything. Just keep saying it’s not 14k that’s the best we could do. IF THIS IS THE BEST .. we should have been notified before they melted the chain and had to remove 6 inches. We should have been told it would be 2 different colors. But no all they will say is take it higher up we are not scared. Nobody is wanting to do that. We want the 6 inches they destroyed. We want a necklace that is the same color. This is the most unprofessional, scam, rude, etc place I have ever dealt with. I spoke to him 2 times on the phone asking questions as to why they did this. How can they fix this. And all he says is basically it’s our fault that they didn’t do their job. It’s our fault we have a necklace that they put to much heat on and melted it. And this is confirmed by taking it to 2 local jewelry stores to see if anyone would help. This place is a JOKE. Who would pay to fix a necklace to have it retuned 3 different colors and 6 inches shorter.

We went to Warren Jewelers and worked with Tony for both my engagement ring and our wedding bands. Everything came out exactly as I had pictured it, and we couldn’t be happier. It was a fantastic experience, and we will be telling all our friends to go there too!

Tony is a stand up guy. Purchased 2 14k gold rope chains from him and he gave me a great deal!After coming home the clasp did break but he ended up replacing it with a gold rope chain that was higher in value with no extra cost!I will be referring my friends and family from now on!Thanks Tony!

Absolutely incredible service by the owner! I was beyond thrilled with the gift he just got for me for my new granddaughter coming soon.
