Joanna was awesome and walked us through the entire upgrade process. She even helped my dad troubleshoot the data transfer process when he forgot his Apple ID. Couldn't have asked for better customer service!

Darnel is simply the best! My mother and I always go to him and he has the patience of a SAINT for two highly not tech savvy women. ^_^ He helped me get my husband his first cell phone and answered all our questions. This store is excellent. It has good people who are very kind, patient and funny. Thanks! ^_^

Be aware they only care about selling their products and services. They were very nice, seens to knowledge about Verizon policy but were not. Second i opened the account with them all were friendly, as soon i started asking questions, they became very hostile and unprofessional. Soon after that i told them i want to cancel and return phone, at first they thought i was joking, then realized i wasn't. The lady keept telling she can't cancel for me to come back tomorrow. Soon i asked for manager she changed her attitude, and i was able to cancel my plan and return the phone. I try return phone case, which wasn't even installed on the phone yet, they said they can't accept the phone case.Be aware they are not "Verizon" even though they have Verizon log. They just a retailer and unable to assist further to cancel my account completely and i had to call Verizon customer service. If you want to deal with Verizon, i suggest find an actual Verizon store owned, or call customer service, because the retail was limited to what they can access for been a retailer. This is my own personal experience, every one experience is different. Good luck.

I went to Verizon last night to add my dad line to my account. Best experience ever I promise. Amazing customer service, they helped me all the way through the process I ended up leaving with an iPad and a watch as well. I highly highly recommend.

Please do not go to this retailer. These ppl have been messing up my bill for a yr now. And refuse to add the promotion I was offered they credit my account for their error and continue to bill me incorrectly I've been in this store 5 times and now they are directing me to Verizon wireless saying they can't see what they need to see. I called Verizon and Verizon doesn't even see that these ppl turned in our 2 trade ins. I'm referring to the Westgate Dr Verizon retailer. Not Verizon itself.

One year ago we upgraded all 5 iPhones since there was a promo that would cover the trade in cost of a new iPhone 13 for each of us. We are still being charged for these phones and it has been a nightmare. We confronted the store as I had a terrible feeling they were selling people's phones from the store. One day my husband and I went in to try to figure this out. The manager listened to our rant and one of their sales people had come in from his car with phones. He left them on his desk and when I looked over, they were our missing phones. My husband asked if he could see it and when he turned it on it was still his screen saver and was able to open it with his password. Months later we are still dealing with this problem and STILL paying for their shadiness. I do NOT recommend this location. Verizon cannot help us because this is a third party location and we are at this location's mercy.
