Idk they got the job done . It was ok I guess next time I’m just gonna go to Apple and avoid coming here .

Fast but thorough service. So far so good. The staff was helpful in transferring data and apps.

Joanna was awesome and walked us through the entire upgrade process. She even helped my dad troubleshoot the data transfer process when he forgot his Apple ID. Couldn't have asked for better customer service!
