The security guard and the woman who gave me my package were fantastic. They were very helpful. I wish I knew their names so I could give them the credit they deserve. They worked on Wednesday morning on 2/21/24.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. These people lie and deceive and make up their own hours(how convenient when you have peoples mail, huh?) They are actively attempting to steal a package of mine that they are withholding. Will give you the run around and have you calling all different numbers and just outright lie to you and tell you there’s nothing they can do. Office is ran by a bunch of rude women who are too lazy to even lift a finger. In turn, us, the customers, must pay the price for their incompetence.

No number to call, provides misleading information when you get them to call you, and completely unwilling to help people that are dealing with UPS-caused issues.No idea when I can get my package, access point hours of operation vary depending on who you ask or where you look. No idea where my package is, it's been on a truck for 10 hours now supposedly.Y'all know who I am, y'all have my number, don't respond to this review, call me. And when you do, don't let it ring for a second and then hang up again.

I don't know how a company could be worse at customer service than UPS.Drove 30 minutes to this location and it is closed today. Nothing on the UPS website or Google maps, just a piece of paper on the door.I declared a value over $1000 and after I bought the label, a pop up window tells me that you have to drop at a corporate facility or give directly to a driver. I took the time to go here during posted hours and it was closed. Soooooo Frustrating!!!If they just told me before I paid extra for the high value that there was a $1000 limit when dropping off at a partner or UPS store, I would have just declared the $1000 and accepted the risk.Live and learn.

I had to drive 20 minutes to pick up a package because you wouldn't update the correct address, oh yea sign posted on the door you would are closed Monday and Tuesday! More waste on my time! Thanks a ton

HORRENDOUS. These people shouldn't be in business. UPS should take notice. They "packaged" my deceased father's items, along with other family belongings, and they were DESTROYED. I paid a premium for it all and they didn't package a single thing. Don't trust this place with any item.

The driver delivered my packet on time. However, I wasn't there to sign off on it. He left a note that he would leave it at a secured location (CVS). The next day (Saturday), I called CVS, my Packet wasn't there. Unbeknownst to me, UPS is closed on the weekend. In the Packet was my Passport & Visa to enter another country. I had already changed my flight from Friday to Sunday. Once I found out that no one could helped me, I changed my flight again to Monday afternoon. The entire ordeal was very stressful for me. On Monday morning I took an Uber to the Customer Care Center. The lady there was very helpful. She found my Packet and I took another Uber to the airport. My take away from this ordeal was:1. You cannot be a delivery service provider and not be open on weekends ?2. There were no Supervisor/manager to help me when I called the 1-800#3. I will never use UPS ever again4. Always prepare for Murphy's Law. UPS didn't. Very disappointed in their non-contingency Plan.

I've been going here for years, and it was great until they hired a new younger girl. She's extremely rude difficult to work with. I always get notifications right away after my packages have been scanned for processing. Well the entire day went by with no notification and I was very alarmed and worried because I knew she was a new employee. I stopped by at 2:25 and they were close. Google says they are open M _ F until 4pm but they close at 2pm. I knocked on the door a few times and she opened the door practically yelling at me super rude and annoyed. I explained to her I have $1000's worth in my packages and no one scanned them. She rolled her eyes and said yeah that's because I haven't had time. Ends up she never scanned any of them and it was only when I came back upset she actually scanned them. Only took her 10 minutes so I don't know what all the fuss was about. She's very rude and it's a shame they hired her. Please change your online hours! There must be dozens of people weekly showing up after 2pm to only find you're not even open!

I wish I could give a MINUS ZERO for this particular trashy UPS store. The actual manager hang up on me like are dare you to hang up on a client when YOUR NEW EMPLOYEES have difficulties finding the addresses, which according to you THEY have LANGUAGE BARRIER. I'll definitely contact USP corporate to file a complaint since I have your information. I hope you're ready. MINUS ZERO FOR UPS I HOPE THAT THE OWNER IS READING THIS COMMENT. EMPLOYEES LIKE THIS BRINGS LAWSUIT TO YOUR INSTITUTION.

How do you get a package out of a lockbox without a key....A lockbox which hasn't been used in years..Answer...You cannot. So why would this happen. Why would an old plastic yellowed, brocken, EMPTY key holder be placed in my mailbox. Just by coincidence, a friend asked if the package could be in the lockbox; of course not...no key. I left a note for USPS just in case. He found the package in the lockbox. He left, laughing and shaking his head. .. Broken empty keyholder
