My girlfriend went to visit Boston from NY and stopped in the next morning to wash her car after a road trip and their car wash fucked up her car. They got loud with her and acted like they didn't understand English. They refused to provide her with their insurance information. When she asked to see the cameras all of a sudden their cameras don't work. Save yourself the headache and take your money somewhere else and wash it yourself.

All good. Nice washed car. Quality is good. Having all the car vacuumed, shiny and washed for 33$ is awesome.

The $33 "Best Buy" isn't worth it. My dashboard was not thoroughly wiped down, they missed spots. You have to ask them to thoroughly vacuum the floors, and they don't wipe down all surfaces. My experience was at the Westgate Mall location. If there's a next time I plan to get the very basic exterior wash at $13. Sunny' used to do a really nice job--not anymore. Over the years they've declined while their prices have steadily increased.

Bad experience. The quality of cleaning has deteriorated in last couple of years. Paid around $50 for cleaning and armor all. Coffee stains and dust in cup holder's was not cleaned. Will be going elsewhere.

Been going to Montello for several years and always loved their service. Today, however, I went for the first time since they reopened, Got my usual Platinum (which is now $33.00). Left and discovered 2 of my floor mats were missing. I went back to inquire and was told that I only had 2 when I came in. WRONG! I asked to speak to a manager and was told quite rudely "he ain't here". Finally got the manager. He took my name and number and said that this was the third incident this weekend and he would speak to Sunny and they would make it right. Got a voice mail 30 minutes later stating that they reviewed the video tapes and couldn't find any evidence. What about the other 3 incidents? Were they wrong too or are we all lying? An expensive lesson for sure, but also for Sunny's. I'll never be back!

Amazing! This place puts Scruba Dub to SHAME. They actually soap brush the ENTIRE car, BEFORE you even go in the wash itself. Then, they hand dry EVERYTHING. I'll never go anywhere else after coming here. Plus, their all polite and pleasant. I only come to Brockton twice a month, but I will save my car and truck washing for this place. You don't see this type of service anymore. TWO THUMBS UP!!

The other reviews are correct in saying the service at this car wash is not what it used to be 10 or even 5 years ago. Yes they clean the exterior and wipe it dry. They also vacuum the interior, including the mats for just under $30 . It's hard work and I think the price is pretty fair, but they don't wipe the dash or the cup holders anymore for that price. Also, they are not as friendly as they used to be when you are driving your car through. Will i be back? Yes, I live in an apartment and cannot clean the here like i used to when I lived in a house. Also, I think it's worth the price to have it done so quickly. They had it done in less than 20 minutes. I think it would be better as a maintanance thing once the car is really clean. For example, My husband drove his truck through, they didn't vacuum or clean the rear bed. There are some some steaks where they didn't wipe it dry. Also they left my dusty dash and sticky cupolders.

Not the best wash, rude attendants. They need more signage going into the car wash. During COVID you should not have to roll down the window to hear instructions, sign would make this experience more favorable.

this is the second time I clean my car there they don't do a good job at all I always get the platinum pack with oil armoir inside I have to go back and tell them that I paid platinum and sit back and wait for them to clean it again but is one guy there that always tell me don't worry I will do it , he's the only one who really cares about his job, the girls don't even care . My car was a hot ass mess but they clean the bad boy up nice!!! And the vacuum the inside!! The line is Super long tho.

The worst car wash! Poor customer service. My car was stuck inside the car wash. The manager blamed it on me instead of apologizing for such a horrific experience. I've been through plenty of car washes at other places so clearly I know to put it in NEUTRAL and not touch anything. I took photos of my car just in case I have any damages. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! I recommend no one else do either.
