I went to the location in the Westgate Mall Brockton MA looking for very specific ear rings. Lindsay the manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in aiding me with the selection. I got what I wanted and they were also having a sale! Definitely will return as they have quality merchandise and very friendly staff.

this was the most amazing experience. i went to Lindsey who is the most honest woman and did the most amazing job. i can not recommend Lindsey more. this small shop is definitely the place to go. hands down the best it can get. my ears looks truly amazing. i got the gold ball with my friend at the size 166 and it looks stunning.

I visited Banter today with my son, the staff was very friendly, accomidating, fast & quite knowledgeable about the services provided. Lindsey & Stephen I will be coming back you both are wonderful & your made our experience great you have gained a return customer & I will be referring a other people to you.Also not only were they accomidating I visited claire's first but the two ladies that were working saw me waiting at the counter to be helped they looked directly at me and continued talking to one another about a customer that came in before me looking for a square brush so after being ignored i turned around and brought my business to Banter which turned out to be the better choice.
