Their return policy absolutely SUCKS!!!!! When you buy something, you get a store credit instead of your money back. Unlike Rainbow, which gives you a refund within 7 days. Glad I didn't spend a lot! Rainbow and Madrag stores are identical so their return policy should be the same, but it's not. On top of that, I was displeased with the store clerk, who didn't give me my original receipt back! Said she needed it for her records. That's the dumbest thing I ever heard of! WELL I NEED MY RECEIPT BACK FOR MY RECORDS. I had to write my info from the receipt down on the "store credit" they gave me.

If I ever want a fashion nova dupe without the wait I go here. They have a variety of things and I've gotten pretty dresses in the past. I wish they did give money back on returns though they have decent prices but some pants could run you at $20 each and im not talking Jeans. While they have bodysuits at $10 that I could easily find down the hall in Burlington for $5 and they're pretty uncomfortable to wear the ones here in madrag. With the fitting rooms remaining closed to keep us safe it's hard to know weather you'll like an item or not. Which makes it hard to buy something if there was something that didnt catch your eye the first time. I spent about 30 min last time trying to find something I liked in order to have something exchanged. I also dont feel comfortable giving out all my info at check out without knowing what they use it for.

First visit for myself my Niece of course knows the place quite well they do have a cute selection of clothes a lot of ethnic themed items which i thought was cool . My Neice is of color as well ..and the young lady at the register today was so sweet! Very friendly helpful . So i gave this store 5 stars well deserved!

I LOVE THIS STORE! Seriously, where has MadRag been my whole life? This store is like the better version of Forever21, and is definitely worth a trip to the Westgate Mall if you are looking for cute and affordable updates to your wardrobe! I definitely have a ~quirky~ sense of style, and pretty much everything here fits that to a tee. They have cute vintage style cartoon t-shirts (I especially loved the one with a surprised looking Spongebob and Patrick and the caption "My face when I see how much I spent while shopping" emblazoned on it), inexpensive and unique shoes that would put Billie Eilish to shame, decent-quality costume jewelry, and clothing in petite and plus sizes. Major kudos for carrying cute clothes for folks of all shapes and sizes! My amazing find of the day was a faux-leather jacket with silver grommets all over it. It definitely fit my 90's grunge aesthetic, and it was only $10! Now, I bet you're thinking "Wow, it's probably really thin and lame!" But... no! The jacket is decent quality - actually better than you'd expect for a $10 garment - and quite sturdy and well made. I was impressed. Anyway, I think I found my new favorite store at the mall!
