My experience was horrible. I made an appointment online because you can't get someone on the phone. Did not receive any call to confirm the appointment or the service needed. I scheduled on Thursday for a Saturday appointment. Showed up to appointment and I was met at the door by a worker who was not pleasant. This worker said my windshield could not be repaired and that my appointment was for repaired and not replacement, there's nothing they can do for me today. My appointment was made for replacement, several calls to corporate and noo e was able to help but i did found out from the corporate office that they had the windshield for my vehicle. Strange but yet did not want to replace it . I clearly have a Crack on my windshield which I noted when making appointment online. Stay away from Brockton not sure if thats the reason why the experience was horrible and a convulted mess. Anyways I decided to go to a different glass company to get my windshield replaced.

Don't not have your windshield fixed at this Safelite location they did a terrible job on my windshield had to have them redo the windshield because it was leaking. They got glue all over the paint job on windshield n the 2nd time around still did a terrible job still having problems with windshield. They charged my insurance for new rubber seals top and side but reused the top which I think I part of the problem other then that windshield does seem 2 fit right it is prob generic

Appalling! Had an appointment scheduled while traveling. Agent got to my place and didn't have the correct glass and then told me I would have to go to a shop for replacement. Totally incompetent! Then I just called again to try again and reschedule now that I am home and received very conflicting information than I previously received from other agents. I will never use this company and will not ever recommend anyone else does. Called Mikes Autoglass and received was better service.

It took over 2 weeks and 4 workorders (4 re-scheduled appointments) to get our front windshield replaced. We were provided with complimentary windshield wipers, but this does not compensate for over half a month of lost worktime (especially for someone who uses their vehicle as primary means to earn money). Representatives insist that nobody is at fault for the 4 consecutive re-schedule's/delays.When the work order was fulfilled, my wife came to pick up the car and had our keys thrown on the table in her direction by the representative releasing the car, with some additional mumbled remarks about how we shouldn't be complaining.Not sure who threw the keys at my wife, but overall this was a dreadful experience.Safelite will not be the company we use in the future, even if its recommended by our insurance.

Technicians were very nice but overall service was less than ideal. The office tried to cancel my appointment the day before because "it might rain" the next day. Turns out the day was crystal clear.Technician who arrived didn't have a vacuum to remove the glass so I let him use my shop vac. He left a bunch of glass in the door and told me I had to go to the shop to have it removed. Took over two hours since they were busy, had to have them do it again after they said it was done cause I could still hear the glass.No instructions on avoiding car washes or anything else until 2 days after the replacement was completed.Bottom line - Find another glass shop.

Had our windshield replaced a few years ago. The windshield trim just recently popped out of the clips. After inspection the clips are broken on both sides. They broke them at installation and instead of saying something or fixing it, hid it and used silicone to hold the trim in. Well it finally gave and now I'm out $170 for the trim and clips to fix it correctly.

Went to the Brockton location today because my insurance company recommended them.I arrived early and was greeted by a nice lady.After waiting over 2 hours I asked about what was going on. The lady at the counter said it is almost done. I asked why is it taking so long, the lady behind her (I assumed it was a manager) said:Our technicians are not that good.I almost fainted that an employee would tell a customer this.Got into my van and there was trash inside my van. Guess she was right on multiple levels.Called my insurance company while I was sitting in the parking lot and told them if they EVER referred me to that place again I will cancel my insurance.

The windshield was a perfect fit, good, prompt service at Brockton, but I didnt like the fact you're forced to leave your old windshield there AND pay for a recycling fee.I wanted my old one back since it was only cracked, not shattered, & was planning to cut it to smaller pieces to use as protective shields for DIY projects I have.

I paid cash for my windshield replacement and my insurance also paid and manager Courtney was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Wouldn't give me my money back so they got paid twice for my windshield and did not refund me. I don't recommend Safelite in Brockton. They're theives.

Absolutely the worst customer service..scheduled my appointment twice..first because they ordered the wrong windshield...then second time they rescheduled me for 8am..dropped my car off the nighg before..I waited til 2pm to check on my car...windshield isn't done and they have to rescheduled...
