Such a great company to work with. The office staff is friendly. Drivers go above and beyond every time I rent from them. The turnaround time and pricing are great! I could not be happier with this company.

My roofing contractor rented two dumpsters for doing two new roofs at my properties in West Roxbury from Graham Waste Company. One of their drivers (Blondel) did a great job but their second driver (Mo) destroyed a nice 20 yr old Pear tree that was on the front of my property. He was supposed to call me en route to let me know that he was on his way and I would have asked tenants and neighbors to move their cars. He never called, came before the requested 1 pm time when I wasn't home, and he didn't bother to get out of the truck and knock on one or two doors to request two cars to be moved. Instead he backed in and out of my driveway about 30 times and turned it in to a field of mud. In the process he took off half of my tree which will be impossible to grow back to what it was. Totally careless and never needed to happen. I contacted their Operations Manager and sent pics to let her know what happened and to be fair-she did respond promptly and they are going to compensate me for the damage caused so they are taking care of at least trying to make up for it.

I ordered the smallest dumpster 10' long or something like that and was quoted approximately $550. It rained a lot and I asked for a cover. They said no and to not worry because they dump all the water out before weighing. In the end, for just a little garden debris (branches, grass, leaves, etc), I was charged a total of $900!!! I asked them for a credit due to the heavy rain. They said they'd look into it and never did. Never got a call back.

Very happy with my dumpster drop off. I called Friday and it was here first thing Monday. Driver was a stud, he perfectly placed it in the exact spot in a tight winding driveway he backed down. Well done. Very happy with Grahm Waste

Stay away , they are 200$ more than there neighbors, lots of hidden rules and regulations that they dont tell u about upfront .They charged me 655$ more and the lady on the phone was like “ nothing i can do “Make sure to block ur card after because they keep charging it without ur permission .

Thank you graham waste!! The office was so nice, super easy to work with and I got my dumpster FAST! Arty was very nice and especially patient with me! Even after changing my mind on where i wanted it after he had already dropped it!! I won't use anyone else! Outstanding service!
