Total disappointment. I’ve been here waiting for an hour total. Trying to get Cleats for my son. Waited 20 mins for help. And they take 20 mins to go back and find your pair and another 20 minutes disappearing again. Unbelievable. I walked away with nothing. Thanks!

hello there i am giving this one 5 stars for the simple fact that i walked over from the hotel and was just checking things out. most places try to run you off for it before. I was in that town from lake city , and i told the gentilmen when i told him where inwas from and what i was doing up there. Oh BTW they have one of the largest collection of yettie coolers cups plus a 5 gallon bucket and andog bowl.

Employees need training on frustration tolerance. I went in to return something with receipt and all. Apparently a young man was trying to make a return for something he had bought using Apple Pay A little before I had. When I was asked to present the card for the refund, I told them I had used Apple Pay. There were eyes rolling, talking to the nearby cashier like I wasn’t there and visceral gestures. Instead of telling me that I could use any card at this point, the employee very angrily said “you have to put the card in, we can’t do through Apple Pay on the phone, put the physical card in”. I notified them that I didn’t have a physical Apple Pay card and all I hear is “you have to put the physical card in”. Finally I asked, after being interrupted multiple times, “can I use a different card?”. And then I hear “at this point any card will do”. If I have to do all the thinking and brainwork for your employees, next time stick me with a self check out machine. Not to mention this young teenager who was in the same predicament and these employees are hostile with him too. Absolutely tacky abhorrent behavior

I love going to Dick’s Sporting Goods Peter is one professional, and very knowledgeable person I ever met. He’s the reason why I go there when I can. This place has a constant issue with inventory. A sporting goods store with select sizes in cleats, that makes a whole lot of sense

The store has some good merchandise but it's expensive. The staff, other than 2 helpful guys while shopping, seemed to be standing around. The register area was a mess, our cashier wasn't very good. Maybe it's due to the holidays because the store seemed busy when we got there but it was quiet when we left.
