The owner of this place obviously does his own commercials. Waaaay too much whining about Ma taxes and laws. Also it's apparent that he writes his own material. Not funny at all. Here's some advice, have professionals write & record your commercials and stop making political statements, no one cares how you feel. As far as your business goes, been there and it's very good. Very good customer service.

Great selection of fine cigars, and prices are good for Massachusetts where they tax the hell out of tobacco. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Very disappointing, went in to buy cigars and some tobacco , guy working seemed annoyed when I wanted info on products, didn't want to answer basic questions saying it was against the law to compare tobacco products. Prices not competitive. Bought a product that was not very good ,probably why he was evasive on tobacco product. I would expect a smoke shop to sell high end product as after reviewing product on line it was sub par. My mistake. The sales person was more involved playing with his dog than customer service . The radio commercial made it seem like a friendly place,I won't be back. Don't waste your time going to this place. Over priced and not customer oriented.

I took the time to write this review solely to let you know your commercials on the radio are horrible and completely unlistenable. I have never been to one of your shops and I never will because of your annoying a** ideas of what is a good idea to say to promote your business on the radio, and it's too bad because I am a frequent customer of smoke shops, and I'm sure yours is fine. The Mother's Day ad with your wife(?), the summer ad with same woman, and now your ad explaining your accent make me want to j*** the wheel into oncoming traffic before I remember I can just change the channel. Spend some money and get a pro to do your advertising, you clearly aren't intelligent but I hope you have enough smarts to do at least that.-Fred in Canton
