I came here to fix a silver chain that needed a missing loop that needed to be welded. He quoted me one hour and $25. He was prompt and professionally cleaned the chain too. He was nice and friendly. I would recommend and definitely go again.

Jewelry Express has been my go-to for all reasons relating to jewelry. The owner of the shop is personable and listens to my needs. I’d recently gave Johnny my late mother’s jewelry for remake to a piece that I can wear daily and to keep memories of my mom. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Went to get my gold necklace fixed as the spring in the clasp broke. I specifically stated multiple times I only wanted the spring replaced and not the entire clasp as I was already skeptical of this place and it's authenticity. I first called over the phone to explain this and also stated very specifically in person when I took the necklace in that I only wanted the spring replaced. I dropped my necklace off to get fixed and a couple weeks after I pick it up I notice the whole clasp has been replaced as it is an entirely different color than the rest of my gold necklace. I call them to let them know and John tells me its just "polish" however the clasp is a brown tarnishy color which is very different than a gold color. I bring the necklace in and they basically tell me there is nothing than can do for me and it just the "polish" they put on. It is clear the entire clasp was replaced when I specifically asked multiple times they not do that. So now I am stuck with a very expensive gold necklace with a fake brown tarnished clasp. This necklace is very sentimental to me ,I wear it every single day and now it is ruined.

Top notch jewelry servicing place. I had an extra link I wanted to add to my gold chain. The adjustment came out flawless & they took the time to clean my chain/pendants. Only took 1-2 hours and was $100 less than what other stores were asking. Will definitely be back ?

Don't waste your time anywhere else, the jeweler is at this location on Wednesdays and Sundays. He will fix your watch, chain etc... and not waste your time or money. I've been a customer for 4+ years and swear by the service that you receive here....

They lost an irreplaceable charm bracelet that I left off to be cleaned and have four charms added to it. It's clear they could not possibly care less if they find it. Heartbroken - it has photo medallions of my 2.5 year old on it, as well as very sentimental charms.
