I was recently in your Braintree store to have a band added to my ring and was helped by Teal Hayes, Assistant General Manager. As someone who doesn’t usually write reviews, I couldn’t not take the time to tell you how absolutely wonderful Teal was to work with. She was professional, helpful, and most importantly in this day and age, kind. I described the change I wanted to make to my ring, and not only did she understand exactly what I wanted, but she made sure the jeweler knew, too. For this reason alone, you have gained a loyal customer in me. On top of that, Teal made sure I was comfortable; when I expressed my hesitance to leave the ring overnight, she arranged a date and time for me to come back while the jeweler worked on it—this took no more than an hour, and every time I’ve been back, Teal has greeted me with a hello and a friendly smile. I wanted to make sure you knew what a stellar employee you have in Teal. She provides the type of help that has to be experienced to truly be understood. It is my wish for this review to go straight to the President of Jared, because Teal Hayes deserves to be recognized and compensated for her truly above-and-beyond customer service.

We had a very bad experience at Kay Jewelers so we went to this Jared Jewelers location to buy a watch, unfortunately they didn't have the one we want on stock (we ended up buying on macys since they had it there) but the moment we walked in Jared they were very accommodating and treated us very nicely, we felt respected and valued in this store and would come back if we want any jewelry in the future. ?

My experience with Jared to clean my wedding ring was amazing the customer service was excellent I needed my ring cleaned and polished for a wedding tomorrow they got it done in 20 mins the price was right I highly recommend them.

Words cannot express how fortunate I was to have stumbled upon Jared in Braintree and met Teal Hayes. Teal was extremely patient with me and my indecisiveness. Not once did I feel pressured, which was a relief. Teal truly listened to what I wanted in a ring, and we ultimately decided to create a custom piece. Teal helped me design the perfect engagement ring for my fiancée, incorporating everything she had wanted in a ring and more. I cannot thank Teal enough. Teal kept in constant communication throughout the design process and kept me up to date in real time with every step. I could not have asked for a smoother process. I am so excited to return to see Teal when it comes time for wedding bands and all future jewelry purchases. Thank you again, Teal!

I just upgraded my diamond and could not have had a better experience with Natalie! My fiancé and I both left the store saying she’s awesome and made us feel so so comfortable trying a million different combinations of diamond vs my setting while entertaining our banter and humor. Experience with Ashley in management was just as amazing in really impressed! Buying jewelry is supposed to be fun and that’s exactly the experience we’ve had at Jared’s. We did not get our wedding bands here and wish we did, the customer service at Jared’s vs others is unmatched so we won’t go anywhere else

I've been trying to find a jeweler that would put a battery in my watch. A simple job. Jared is the only one who is who was able to do the job for me. No questions asked. I had it done on site in minutes! It did not need to be sent out and wait a week to get it back, as I was on vacation too. I was so happy with Jared jewelers. The woman who fixed my watch was very pleasant. I would recommend Jared to all my friends and family ?.

Melissa at Braintree made my dream happen LAST MINUTE! I needed a gold locket for my niece's first birthday engraved with her name. Melissa found the perfect piece from a store in the midwest and had it in Braintree in less than 24 hours. It was engraved and in my hands in 48!!
Melissa shared with me that she is a 3rd generation jeweler. Its obvious she takes serious pride in her work and values the happiness of her clients. No love lost in this big brand - felt like a local jeweler experience.

We went in on a Sunday about an hour before closing and were treated so well. Natalie was incredibly knowledgeable and so patient with me while my husband was chasing our two little ones (we loved that there wasn't any blatant judgment about the kiddos wanting to play in a non-playground environment too). After talking with Natalie about our options we felt very comfortable with going ahead and purchasing. Natalie was very personable, genuine and down to earth and we couldn't have had a better experience! We will definitely be back!
