I am not pleased with the jewlery company due to when I purchased my ring the company did not notify they moved from one mall to the other and it was way out of my way when I actually paid my ring the stones kept falling out and even though they let me do a trade in and purchase more I am not 100 percent satisfied with this ring as it’s not really me . And I’m always worried my diamonds are going to fall out . And when I try to call I get the answering machine

Its sad to discover that we cant trust the jewelry we see in stores anymore...I will start by saying that i wanted to get a 14K gold Cross and a 14K chain as well because i have been wanting one for the past 2 years. I went to the Braintree mall to see what was available and after looking at different stores i was attracted to a Cross in this store. Beautiful pieces i must say...but with a catch!The lady working at the store claimed she was a jeweler when we were talking so it kinda built the confidence in me to look and decide on one. After choosing the Cross i saw in display she got her store album book and took out the same one from there (first ?that i realize now) to show it to me. Immediately after inspection i noticed a fine scratch in the back of it ( no big deal i thought to myself, also gold can easily get scratched) and since they were only two of the same I thought to myself I'll get the other one that's on display in the end.During the whole hour i kept trying different chains as well to match my Cross and after i decided to get both of course for a total of 3800$ (including half off from the 4500$ chain, which sounded too good to be true anyway but felt nice) i asked to get the other same Cross from the display because of the fine scratch in the one she gave me!Reluctant at first she congratulated me for having a good eyesight by saying: -ohh look at you, you have some excellent eyesight! Oh no problem i said, thats not a big deal im just being picky...? sureee she said and got the one from display!Disappointment hit me, i took the other one and my eyesight couldn't be more congratulated this time! A tiny almost unnoticeable small BLACK DOT in the back of the gold Cross!A BLACK DOT that your fingernail would get stuck when pressed in a rubbing motion, deep embedded black dot, crumbling and taking away my joyful moment!THIS IS NOT RIGHT i said, immediately the woman took it off me to clean it and claimed that it was probably just dirty, after doing so i could still notice the black dot in the back of the Cross confirming my suspicions that it was tarnished and that the gold, if any... wasn't good quality.She said: well...get the other one, the one you saw in the beginning!Im sorry i said...i have a bad feeling now and im pulling out, because real gold its not supposed to have black dotsI started walking away sad, because i really liked the design of the jewelry and glad because GOD saved me from being taken advantage of!!After making 5-6 steps away from the store i hear: Well what about the chain? Are you gonna get the chain you liked?PEOPLE STAY AWAY!

Diamond fell out of the same place in the setting twice and apparently that's normal to them so I have to replace and pay to fix the ring now for the second time within a year! Something I definitely won't be doing with Hannoush. Apparently because I don't keep records of inspections this is my problem. Will not be returning to fix it with Hannoush again, and will never purchase anything because apparently I just have to accept that it constantly will break and have the absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with.

I recently inherited a diamond ring but the diamond was not set in the ring. So I went to the mall and got a price from every jewelry shop there. This one was the best price and I thought that they were the nicest too. It only took a few day (another jewelry store told me 2 weeks!) so I was extremely happy with this place. My ring came out absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend.

Melissa is a rock star. After leaving another jewelry store (across the street), which felt like a visit to the morgue, we were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by Melissa. She was very personable, professional and was patient with us while we went thru the impressive inventory her location had to offer. My wife and I were only really going to "look" but ended up finding exactly what we were looking for and went for it. It was a rather large sale and Melissa made us feel comfortable and confident in our purchase. 10 out of 10 experience.

I once had a smaller version of this LOVE necklace and it literally snapped in half, so I was ecstatic when I spotted this one in the case at Hannoush Jewelers in the South Shore Plaza! This necklace is much better quality than my last one yet lightweight enough to be worn daily. The staff were extremely friendly and super helpful. Thank you so much Hannoush for giving me my “love” back. ❤️

I was not even a customer, and they fixed my watch band, which had been miss installed by a kiosk around the corner from hannoush Jewelers.These are a nice cruel people and I wasn't even a customer, I can only imagine how nice to be if I bought real jewelry.Продавец в киоске не вежлив.

Melissa is my girl!!! She helped me find the perfect band that accentuated my beautiful engagement ring and completed the look! I can't thank her enough for letting me try on almost all of the bands in the case. I just wanted to find "the one" and I know I have. She personally recommended the one I chose and I couldn't be happier
