I entered the store 8ish am. Saw no employees. Found 3 of 4 items ....still no employees. Could not ask for help on 4th item. Went to the register, maybe help there....no employees. Used self check out and departed without seeing one employee.

My son got fired from CVS for using coupons!!! He was never warned by management not to use them, as a matter of fact 3 managers of this store cashed out his purchases while using them! So how does cvs treat their employees, they will fire you instead of letting you know that those coupons are for customers only! Beware!!!!! Watch out for “Rich” in corporate, he will coerce you into writing a confession and have you sign it without even having an understanding what you signed. Is that legal????

Should be ashamed of themselves for the treatment of customers, patients and their families. Pharmacy mid day at this location has "closed" message on their phone line - called the front desk that said "honey, they have 15 customers in line they aren't close , they just can't help anyone right now" she would not provide store manager s name stating it is an automated line so I opted to go corporate which had a 15 mins wait line for pharmacy complaints - sad

Staff is very, very helpful! Very informative and knowledgeable. Been getting my meds here for a few years now at 6 head of the bay road. Never had a problem. This is my go to store.

Horrible store! Don’t say you are open until 11 and have your doors locked before 10:30. I had a sick child that needed medicine and I drove to your location and then had to go to downtown Plymouth. Either fix your online information or stay open.

I popped in today to pick up some essentials and was having some difficulty understanding the coupon's / deals. The gentleman who worked there took extra time to help me figure out what coupon would apply and was very friendly and helpful throughout. It certainly made me want to shop there again!

Save yourself the aggravation buy it on Amazon if you can. One cashier and 10 people in line. Machines are more of a headache and need authorization to use coupons but cold medicine.
