Great experience with Juan. I had an appointment to upgrade my phone and he was very helpful. Very efficient and was able to explain all the different deals and options clearly.

I was blown away by the excellent customer service at this store! Ibrahim worked with me and was super patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was there for a while and also overheard King working with customers and I was also really impressed with his patience and upbeat attitide. I think both these men should think about couseling or teaching in their next career because their interpersonal skills are a gift.

Had no service after upgrading my Verizon plan. Drove to this store and within 2 minutes the guy there fixed it me by telling me to turn off then back on!!! Thank you!!!

On Sunday afternoon I added a line to my plan, upgraded a phone, changed my plan around and all of this was made super easy with the help of King. Most employees would be upset if someone came in on Sunday afternoon to do all of this but he was extremely helpful and courteous throughout. Ask for him!!!

Exceptional service despite the store not having what I needed in stock. The agent there (Fri eve 3/1) went out of his way to try and help and not just for me. I watched him deliver exceptional service to everyone who came in. He was not only speaking with people in person but coordinating his efforts on the computer and on the phone, all at the same time. At one point someone thanked him for his help and he simply replied, "that's what we do here." Verizon is lucky to have this gentlemen, whose name now I wished I got.

came in to upgrade my phone and while we were waiting for the phone to transfer Khani was telling me how Verizon has business plans and the types of products that you can get ! I told him once I get the paperwork finalized I will be going right back here to him and get the business account going !
