My friends and I had a couple bags in mind to check out. This mall is made to be convenient with the parking lot connected saving the hassle of being exposed to the harsh elements of New England. That is if you're able to find it as the winding streets of Boston get confusing quick. Will come again!

Nice place and nice service. I bought several items from multiple stores at Copley, all good experiences, people provided nice service, no-matter I bought $20 T-shirts or $15000 lock.

Great shopping mall full of nice shopping locations. Parking garage costs $20 but stored can validated it which reduces it to $10.

This mall has a lot to offer and seems to be the hot spot for many visitors. My issue is the parking garage. Only 1 out of the several elevators worked, and NO stairwells around. So guess how that goes, when tons of people are trying to go up/down and every time the door opens its full of people. Seriously, this is a buzz kill! It's a waste of time, and quite honestly, the more time you spend trying to get into and out of the mall that is time added to your parking ticket. Also had issues paying at the kiosk. Again, more time wasted. I wouldn't be surprised if they are milking people to cover higher parking fees.

Security guards are nice guys, but this is our house. The parking garage is home to Boston's Homeless Community. You can go from The Green lines, Hynes Convention Ctr T stop by Berkeley College, And walk to Back Bay (Orange Line) under ground, without surfacing. Many levels for reptilleans, shadow people and other common critters to live in the darkness.

Amazing! I have lived in Boston for years and I actually never went shopping here. I'm so glad I did! Plenty of options, parking isn't bad, and it was a fun day out.

A MUST DO! 4 & 1/3 STARS Copley Place has Ultra High End Luxury Shops & Restaurants like Louis Vuitton, Versace, Newman Marcus, Tiffany etc. Think of it as The Rodeo Drive of Boston. There are lots of Cool Store in here to check out. INSIDE MONEY SAVINGS TIP. This is Downtown Boston & expect to pay premium rates for Parking here. On Sunday you can park on the surrounding streets at the meters for FREE; if you happen to Snag a Parking Spot! Now if you are a Shopaholic & run out of shops to explore in Copley Place; don't worry. Copley Place is walking distance to both The Prudential Center & Newbury Street with even more restaurants & shops. You could spend the entire day & night here & some people do. LOL! . It used to be, you had to have Mega Bucks & be really rich to have The Good Life, not anymore. The Game has changed. You've Been Upgraded. Now You Can Live Like A King On A Limited Budget!

Place was very clean. Since all stores are different I cant say I spoke to any staff that was just the Copley Place, but you can see it is very very well taken care of.

Lovely shopping center! Many luxury stores and restaurants. We visited during a rainy day, so it was a good place to browse and take shelter for a few hours!

Visited one of the consulates there. Parking was validated. Hardly anyone in the mall. Feel sorry for the businesses there. I ended up buying something from one of the stores. Hope things will get back to normal very soon.
