As someone who doesn't know much about makeup, I really appreciated the polite, informative and helpful attitudes of the staff at Seaport! They were clear in their communication, friendly, and aided me in finding the product that I needed while also making other recommendations. Karmina was especially kind + curious and I really appreciated her help! Would totally recommend this Sephora :)

The store was well-organized, great atmosphere. Employees were very pleasant and not intrusive- they let you know they were there if any help was needed, and allowed me to roam freely from aisle to aisle.

Got zero help from any of the workers, when asking the workers for help or questions they was not helpful and some rude, when my daughter was having problems finding something a worker made sure to walk by and tell her they are closing in 5 minutes and didn’t offer to help her, there was signs up promoting the 30% off their brand items, when my pre teen went to check out they rang up full price. I asked the woman about the sell and she said it wasn’t valid anymore.

I had booked a full face beauty session at another sephora location for a wedding I was attending. The morning of, I was contacted by the other Sephora to let me know they couldn't keep my appointment. I spoke with the Seport location a few moments later and they spoke to their makeup artist, Jason, who agreed to take me 20 minutes later without an appointment! I had the absolute BEST experience I have ever had with makeup in my life, could not stop looking at myself, slayed at my event, and am now a 100% Seaport Sephora client and can't wait to go back for some lessons with Jason soon! Absolute best experience, I wish I could leave 100 stars.

2/1/24 Received a gift for Christmas tried to return brand new in the box. It was 5 days last the 60 day return policy and they would not return. Will not be purchasing from this location again.

This is a review for Jason. Jason has worked at Mac for 20 years and is a fabulous makeup artist! did my lashes so beautifully and in a timely manner. Also so sweet. highly recommend asking for him!

I recently had an exceptional HydraFacial with Jason, and it truly was an extraordinary experience. Jason made me feel incredibly special throughout the entire session. Initially, I had only intended to go to Sephora for some makeup, but due to a last-minute cancellation, I unexpectedly found myself leaving with beautifully glowing skin, setting the perfect tone for a wonderful day ahead!

I went to this location today to grab some items I forgot to pack, as I am staying at a nearby hotel. The three ladies working today who helped me were so incredibly sweet. I am writing this review specifically because they were so helpful that I wanted to give them a shout out.
