Had an 11:10 appt. Was called in 11:20am. Immediately the phlebotomist said there are no lab orders faxed over from my doctor. There was a urine cup; but I only came in for bloodwork. i began to ask her if there was any cbc, comp, A1c, and she cut me off saying “you can rattle off all the labs you want but I have no labs in for you” rude. Disrespectful. Didn’t let the patient finish speaking. I got up and left. Won’t ever come back here again.

Pretty much your average quest. Certainly better than some that I’ve been to and worse than others. But it serves a purpose: blood labs covered by insurance. If your PCP doesn’t offer bloodwork directly, I’m not sure where else you can go.

Benny was the most amazing phlebotomist I have ever met. Incredibly kind and such a calm presence to have when getting blood drawn. Her training and professionalism made this experience so quick and easy. Hands down the best location to go to! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Thank you Benny!

I was recommended to go there. First time I went I registered at the kiosk sat down 15mins later nurse comes out with a bad attitude I tried to say something to her she cut me off and said try again tomorrow. So I came back 2wks later. got seen by the phlebotomist for blood work a lady came just to drop off urine samples and that guy spoke to the lady with the same attitude I got from the lady 2wks ago.
NOTHING PROFESSIONAL WITH THIS OFFICE AT ALL WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I only gave the 1 because there is no 0. Kindness and a smile goes a long way

Arrived early, checked in via link from text, waited about 15 minutes after my appointment. However, the one person working there had a great bed-side manner and worked smoothly and efficiently, so this seems like an overbooking/understaffing problem.
The building's bathrooms were locked and parking also cost $4 flat rate. Mediocre location, but the staff was great.

I always make an appointment and get in and out on time - which is highly recommended since it's usually very busy. Be understanding that you will have to wait if you come in without an appointment - I learned that my first time coming in. As of lately, they seem to be a little understaffed so there have been a couple times where they were running behind but everyone is professional and friendly. Not a bad location, just give yourself some wiggle room for anything else that you have planned in your day.

Had a great experience here last week. The phlebotomist (I think her name was Deanna) was very professional, experienced, and friendly. I had a large collection and she handled it perfectly. I was apprehensive going into it but it went smoothly.

In a few words: book the appointment online, show up on time, and you’ll be in and out.
Everyone was super nice, smiling, and polite. Eric the phlebotomist even asked what my plans were later today (I’m sure to assess I wasn’t going to pass out, haha, but appreciated nonetheless). It’s rare to find real customer service in the Boston area, and honestly theirs was a really welcomed surprise. So thanks to everyone at this Quest! I was in and out in 13 mins with an appointment.

I recommend making an appointment online first! Had to wait 15min to be seen, but phlebotomist was great and quick. The waiting rooms for these are always weird, but overall a good experience.

Signed up for the waitlist and during this time my name was at the top of the list of walk ins displayed and they kept calling other walk-ins on the list below me. I tried to ask if I did something wrong when I signed up for the waitlist and ask what place I was actually in and the phlebotomist was extremely rude and said he didn't know why my name was on top of the list and it wasn't his problem. Really wish there was better communication so I didn't wait 3 hours without being seen at all before they closed.
