We purchased three pieces of bedroom furniture- all pieces were from separate showrooms . The Boston staff , your online assistance , and warehouse staff were professional, helpful and NICE! The two gentlemen who delivered the pieces knew all about your products and the quality of the pieces. The pieces are beautiful. Thank you - we expect to purchase more in the future.

I loved every part of the experience working with the Pompanoosuc team to find the perfect piece for my living room! I am so thankful for the patient and kind staff who assisted me in the showroom countless times and ultimately let me customize some details for my piece. The end result is absolutely stunning. Always fun to see what is new and to swoon over items I am saving up to buy. The Rupert sofa is a favorite and allows you to choose from three different cushion comfort levels. The Mission recliner I own is still gorgeous. Also love the flexibility to choose different woods, stains and finishes.

We came to Pompanoosic Mills, because we liked the furniture design and thought that it was well-made and reasonably priced for custom furniture. Pompanoosic made us an exquisite bed, and their customer service was exquisite, too. Pompanoosic Mills makes its furniture with artistry and care. Our bed specified ornamental wood in the headboard and footboard. The furniture makers took care to find a beautiful piece for our bed. This took longer than expected, and our bed was delivered a couple of weeks after it was promised. We were relying on our new bed for guests and late delivery presented a problem for us. Most businesses would have apologized and that would have been that, but Mary (our salesperson) had the mill deliver a ”loaner” bed to help us out until our bed was ready. This was above and beyond what most businesses would do. We love our new bed. Pompanoosic gets an A+.

Love the quality of the furniture and great sales people. However, with three different deliveries - every time, delivery has been very, very late - including today calling ahead to say when they would arrive and now an 1 1/2 hour later than they said - still no delivery. What is up with that????

I had another great interaction with store manager, Cindy, who is an expert when it comes to Pompanoosuc Mills furniture. I can't imagine how many pieces of Pompanoosuc Mills furniture that we have, but it's a lot, some of the pieces as old as 15 years, and the style of the furniture seems to stay current (and not "age"), the quality of the furniture is superb, and the woods and finishes are quite spectacular. The majority of our furniture has been "customized" to our specifications, and we are very pleased with the process and outcomes. I would enthusiastically encourage you to visit a Pompanoosuc Mills showroom, and to buy their furniture. I imagine Pompanoosuc Mills furniture and service will satisfy the most discerning customers.
