Such a cute place to get treats for your pup! I stopped here on our last day in Boston to grab some goodies for my goodest boy and was overwhelmed by all the CUTENESS! ? Prices are reasonable and I love that they use paper bags (makes it a little more fun to carry around).

Very average place!! Staff I've dealt with over the five times I've gone here have been very rude or sat on their phones! Additionally the toys Are overpriced and break instantly, the food and treats are still good. Unfortunately it's the closest dog store for me in seaport so I'll keep coming I just hope it gets better!!!!

First and last time visiting this place. The gentleman working on the morning of September 23rd has poor to absolutely no customer service. I asked for recommendations for my dog. And his response was sassy and full of attitude. I really wanted to love this place as they have such a huge selection of treats but I'll have to take my business somewhere else.

Have frequented their location in Chestnut Hill, I thought I would be received with the same sort of eagerness and helpfulness. All though the quality and variety of the products offered remained the same just really put off by the service. Still worth stopping in, just dont expect exceptional customer care.

I’ve made multiple visits to this location and have always been greeted by wonderful service! (Especially Trea, she’s amazing and always provides OUTSTANDING, WONDERFUL assistance.) 10/10 would bark again and my dog said he loved it too!!?
