I think the woman staff person ripped me out my money, I wanted a phone charger she said a cord is $25.00 and the charging cube is $25.00 a total of $50.00 I thought that was too much but I had a doctors appointment and I didn't have a charger so that is why I paid it.

The store is full of immature, uneducated unprofessional Sons of Biscuit heads. There are no managers in the store, and the kid with the dried up dreads, sat on his phone with a personal call, instead of handling business with me, then when I asked a question about the issue at hand, the young man copped an attitude with me and became irrational and ignorant. Told me to leave his store when I asked for a manager who knew what they were doing and not talking on the telephone, he told me to mind my business and peace out. I told him, that he is not professional at all and Thank you, but he will be hearing from me. I do not recommend anyone going to the ROXBURY, T-MOBILE Office , ABSOLUTELY the worst place ever so far. Talk about GHETTO!!

T-Mobile getting a 1 star! Will never come here again or recommend! T-mobile customer operator service set up an appointment for me at 10:45am for service I needed with my account schedule for 11am, before going to work 2pm. I come down to store seen in pictures 11am and the store is CLOSED?! on a Monday beginning of the week?! Do you only have one person running this huge store?! So my day is screwed! Trying to take care of Aaron's since I work later today! This is pathetic and no excuse for a Company!!!!!!!!!!!

Staff was patient helping my client straighten out his phone issues today. Forgot to ask for the staff's name. She was friendly and helpful. My client was able to get some refund for the phone problems. Great experience at this location.

Poor customer service , I arrived 15 minutes before they were scheduled to close and the door was already locked . I waited for one of the employees to open the door because they could clearly see me standing there. As someone in the military I was set on a time limit and could only get there at this time so i could pay my phone bill. They blatantly ignored me, and on top of that had another customer inside. Can I say this was an discrimination? First time going to this place and never again. April 4, 2017
