Horrible customer service, I am simply appalled at how rude and unprofessional the staff members are.
I tried on the long wearing lipstick and was handed the cleansing oil to take off the lipstick - no cotton rounds, no water soaked tissue to remove the oil (the oil was supposed to be rinsed off with water). I will not be visiting this place again, Sephora is so much better.

I got my makeup done for prom by Roberto and let me tell y’all he SNAPPED !!! At first I was scared to get a full face but he knew what needed to be served and didn’t disappoint <3

You don’t need a receipt or a box to make returns to MAC according to the MAC website but the very tall, white, and always beautifully/colorfully made up manager here has lied to me about this on more than one occasion. The first time I believed it to be an honest mistake but when it happened repeatedly with this same person I realized this is just a nasty lying game they play to discourage unsuspecting guests from making an honest return of something that maybe seemed great in store but doesn’t workout for their skin or outside in natural lighting.

So the store doesn’t open on Monday?I visited once at 3pm, lights on, but locked.I visited second time at 4:30pm, still locked.Google says it open until 7pm on Monday. Did the staff all ran away or the store is supposed to say closed at least on the door or on google?

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Ignored upon walking in. Waiting 5 minutes while they watched another customer count change. The store was dirty and not stocked. No makeup remover availableSephora all the way.

Nina helped me today. Sound advice, fabulous customer service and a kind heart. Great hire MAC. I'm not the easiest to work with when it comes to makeup and Nina helped me sort thru everything and make some great choices.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. They are clueless and super uninformed & ignorant. I was charged taxes on the MA holiday, August 12-13. After my purchase was totaled up by Dominique D. I immediately told her I should not be taxed for purchases under $2,500, my items came up to $46...her excuse was she's not from the state and had no control over what the register does. Fast forward days later, I went to return the items after contacting corporate and was then told they DON'T return taxes. RIDICULOUS. I have never heard of something so stupid. I had to demand every last dime of my original amount only then did I leave. NEVER SHOP at this retailer, they are a collective group of uneducated fools, willfully breaking the law.

nobody help you. they are on their phone the all time. it's why it's always empty and Sephora who is next door is always full. Worst cust service have seen in a mac store.

The guy is so racist to me and my friend! He not only refused to help me find a darker shade of foundation, and told me “we do not and will NEVER sell the shade u r looking for”.DO NOT go to this store if u r a person of color!!!
