Mike is a busy dude but if you give respect and recognize the the chaos he’s dealing with behind the scenes He’ll do the same for you.
They are humans trying to fix other peoples problems. They do a wonderful job and they stand behind their work.
Integrity goes a long way.

I had a strange experience here, the work that was done was great. They completed the work quickly and did a great job after I had an accident.
The problem I had was I had money taken from my center console. I had pictured of everything when I dropped off the car, and noticed it was missing when I picked up the car. I was told that they would look into it but I never got a call back. I kept calling back to see if there was any new information but they just told me they would look into it and then kept denying anything could ever happen at their shop, or that it was misplaced.
The work I had done was on the bumper of the car, so there was zero need to go into my center console to remove the bag of money or giftcards I had in there. Mind you nothing else was moved or removed from the car.
So, go here to get good work done on your car, but do not leave anything of value in the car if you want to have it when you pick it up. They will shield their employees from any wrongdoing and you will have no way to prove something was done because they also unplug dashcams while doing work.

I dropped off my 2014 Mercedes Benz to be repaired after an accident and was super impressed with the work done. Not only was the repair superbly done but they also detailed my car very well. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.

Hyne’s auto did a phenomenal job working on my car. I was hit from behind and my whole bumper needed to be replaced. Hynes auto took care of me and greeted me with kindness and reassurance. They made the process a whole lot easier than other auto body shops I have worked with in the past. They are by far the best auto body shop that I’ve dealt with in my lifetime, and I’ve dealt with a lot. My car was done within a week and a half. Really quick service. My car was also pretty clean and sleek when it was done. The job they did was outstanding. Looks brand new. Can’t even notice that the bumper was replaced. Everything was tight nothing loose, which is something I’ve dealt with in the past at other shops. I took the right gamble bringing my car there. I’m happily satisfied with their work and service. I highly recommend bringing your car there if need be. 10/10-Peter (2019 Toyota Camry)

Accident repair at Hynes was handled and completed perfectly. I was most pleased, obviously, with the quality of the work they did including bodywork, and repairing suspension and steering. I was kept informed along the way of their progress and expected completion date. All in all a great choice.

I recently had repair work done by Hynes Auto Repair in Roslindale on the back and front bumpers of an older RAV4. From what I can tell the repair work was good, and the car looked great. But I discovered when the I picked up the car that the horn no longer worked. The shop manager refused to accept responsibility or help out in any way. He wanted me to pay to repair the horn. He pointed out - correctly - that he had done work on the front right side and the horns were on the left side. He wanted a full day to do the repair.Who knows? Maybe the horns were old and ready to fail. But they were working when I brought the car in and they were not working when I picked up the car. I found out from an appraiser that we are talking about $212 to repair the horn! And this guy had done several $1000 work on the car. He could have offered to split the cost with me, in which case he would be out $100 and would have my good will. Not someone I would recommend working with.UPDATE, 2/12/24:It turns out that a wire had been pinched and was broken. The horns themselves were fine. The mechanic (at a different shop!) replaced the wire and the horns are now working. Hynes insisted that they had tested the horns and that the horns were broken and needed replacing. They wanted a full day for the work. Instead, replacing the wire took a couple of hours. What other explanation could there be besides they were lying to me because they didn't want to take responsibility?
