I had never been to a Glossier before and I loved it! The salespeople were fabulous and I was able to try on everything I was interested in. I'm very happy with my new makeup.

The workers are sooooo nice and inclusive, i asked for a shade match and i got the perfect shade. Mali the worker was so nice i love this place and their workers it was so easy to ask for stuff.

I had a great experience shopping here at this glossier location! The store is super cute, organized and clean. Only the testers are available on the sales floor but if you want to buy something just ask the worker and they'll get it for you from the back. The workers were also super nice and friendly when I walked in and when helping me with the checkout process. Check it out!

Really a mixed bag. I’ve shopped at Glossier online and in Sephora and was excited to see a physical shop near me! Store is gorgeous, products are amazing. The staff at the door was kind and friendly and set a great energy.Unfortunately that energy was not there during the shopping experience. The store was QUIET to the point where I felt strange talking to my girlfriend and friend. Staff weren’t talking to customers. No hello, no checking in. Nothing until you went to find someone to checkout. I felt like staff were dodging eye contact when I was looking for who to talk to.However when I did get rung up, the staff again was LOVELY. So polite and excited and friendly. The staff passing out orders was great too.It was all just tainted by the almost awkward silence of shopping. I’m a fat, older than their audience woman. I’ve been uncomfortable in many shopping situations. I’m not asking to be pestered, but a simple “hi, are you finding everything okay?” makes the staff seem a lot more approachable. I don’t think I’ll make the trip into Boston to shop here again, but I’ll keepbuying Glossier through their site and Sephora.
