They’re the only carrier won’t let you schedule pickup over the phone even EDI doesn’t give me a pickup number over an hour. Their customer service is completely useless. I can’t use them for any airport or urgent pickups.

It’s been a week and my freight still not pick up. They promote they damage free! Which is a big BIG JOKE! The promote good customer services no one answers the phone on the phone for an hour and when they pick up they disconnect me! Worst than YRC!

Literally one of the worst companies I have ever used in Boston the fact that I use them for amerijet is even worst , it’s like begging them for a service , I wish this company would train their employees in customer service , so rude and unprofessional I hate goin or calling them for any information, legit garbage

The night shift is awesome the day shift is about as good as a treadmill when it is not plugged in expecting to get your freight and deliver same day ?? Try again you will be sitting here for hours while they seem to not care about being consistent at all

This company has lost my cargo, are impossible to get a hold of and on top of that the person who came to pick up my cargo was very rude. I felt disrespected. I am now waiting for them to figure out where they put my furniture and they have been very unreliable. I would never work with a company like this again.

Excellent quality customer service! I had a large delivery coming in, and i called them a few times to get an ETA. All the representatives were so kind, so attentive, so helpful. It was a true pleasure talking to them. The delivery driver was right on time, also so professional. The delivery went exceptionally smooth. This is the type of company that you do not hear loud commercials about, and they do business the right way. I wish them prosperity!
