The clothing was not properly cleaned (they left sweat stains) so I had to find another place to redo it. I don’t recommend using this place.

We just checked a blouse that was "dry-cleaned" by Emerald Cleaners and they never properly cleaned it. We had to take it to a different drycleaner to get it properly taken care of.

Do not use this cleaner!!! My building has a partnership with Emerald. I had been using them since we moved in, but they recently started sending things back shrunk to the point where we can’t wear them. They have lost some of our clothes, and have sent us some clothes that are not ours and charged us for them! They never answer their phone or respond to voicemails. This service is horrible, they have cost us so much money.

There is no customer service with this company: I called twice with no answer, and my voicemails weren’t returned. My clothes were not picked up within the time frame I requested (that’s listed on all the company’s lockers), so I had to find an alternative dry cleaning company.

I wanted to get a jacket dry cleaned, it's been over a week and I haven't still gotten it back. Upon calling they didn't have an answer as to why the jacket wasn't delivered and I was told I would receive a message on the current status but never did and now they won't pick up my calls or call back.

Sent a coat for dry cleaning, they ended up losing it somewhere and didn’t respond with any updates for 2-3 weeks. Still have no clue what is going on - do not recommend, save your money and clothes as well.

In town for little league world series regionals being held at Dover Little League and needed laundry service STAT!! absolutely top notch. Clothes were folded to the highest military standard ( should know, ARMY ) and the folks working their 100% professional and friendly. Thanks for all you do.

They acquired the tide cleaners lockers at Gables seaport and didn’t inform residents where their dry cleaning was. Very poor transition. Had to call them and track it down. Resulted in 2 week delay, definitely don’t recommend using their service.Service: Delivery

I came to them the day before my wedding with an emergency. I rented a tux for my wedding and the white shirt they had gave me did not fit well at all so I wanted to use my own white short that was nicer. They brought the manager to come speak to me. He completely understood where I was coming from and had gotten my shirt ready for me and even threw starch on it, doing this all on the house. They definitely took some stress off my shoulders the day before my wedding and I appreciate them. Been a long time customer here, my mother has been bringing all sorts of clothes and materials to you guys since I was a little kid, and we will continue to do so!

A while back they did a bunch of suits and dress shirts for me - I haven’t seen those collars that white in a LONG time. On Thursday, I dropped off my wife’s dress to get pressed, and got it back Friday looking flawless. Definitely a quality dry cleaner.

I have called them 3 times, left messages and they have not returned an order that was sent 2 weeks ago and included various expensive items. I live in the Seaport and I have used them for the past year. They are expensive and now they are unreliable.
