After leaving Kays Jewelry to have my wedding ring resized and being told that it would take 2 weeks for the return of the ring, I found this gem in East Boston and I'm so happy I did! The owner is witty, funny and had me smiling/laughing the entire time I was there. I dropped off my ring on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup that Friday (2 days later!! Plus it was cheaper then what Kays was going to charge me!!) I'm so happy to have my wedding ring back in such a short period of time. I highly recommend this gem for your jewelry repairs and purchases!!

Wonderful experience with Christina snd Walter! After taking my engagement ring to several jewelers who claimed they couldn’t tighten the prong without risking cracking the stone, I found them. They were SO friendly, professional, quick, helpful and knowledgeable. They will be our new go-to. 10/10 recommend.

They BROKE my watch!! After making jokes about how my watch battery replacement would be difficult they took it in back to work on it, then gave it back to me saying they didn't have the right battery. When I asked how long it'd take to order the battery they sent me somewhere else. Now I understand it was because THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING and had already BROKEN it!! Apparently they took my watch apart and then threw pieces back in without putting them in the right place, put the cover back on and gave it back to me, which resulted in it BREAKING! Don't go here if you care about your stuff, there are MUCH better places in eastie to go!!

As fair as it gets. I worked with Walter twice, once to purchase a gold chain and second time to have one of my other chains fixed. I had went to other shops in Chelsea and were charged double the price he offered for my gold chain. The second time Walter had given me an estimate to fix my chain and then when I came into pick it up the price was half of what he stated. I would 100% recommend his business to anyone and will definitely be back!

I was looking to buy a diamond for my fiance, as we all know there not cheap and you have to know what your looking for, types of stones, color, clarity and whatnot. I stopped by East Boston Diamond and Gold and met Christina, she not only schooled me on everything I needed to know about diamonds but found me the perfect ring. I highly recommend you see Christina for any type of jewelry you need, she's great.
