They have like an atm machine to pay to use the machines but they don’t have any sign to explain how much it will be charge , the machine says 3.99 but they took 10 for every swipe. The person in charge said she doesn’t have any information to know when the rest of the money will be return . The owner must to have any visual information about it . Specifically saying how much money specially with people who don’t live around east boston .

Lots of the machines does not work and this is not the first time I use this place thinking it was just that time . They really need to take care of the machines . I see everyone that lives around saying same thing .

Have dropped my clothes off here several times. Highly recommend. Fast turn around and the clothes are returned in a clear plastic bag perfectly folded.

Dont bring your clothes here... the people steal your clothes and the workers dont do anything about it. They now have a paper saying that they are not responsible for any lost or stolen items..... THAT IS INCREDIBLE!!! They have signs stating they have working cameras but that's a lie AS WELL!!! And the best part is they have over 10 machines that don't work and it's been a year since 5 of those machines haven't worked...

Kicked me out at 7:50pm. Website and Google listing show the business is open till 10:00pm. They said the last wash is at 7:00pm. Wouldn't give me an explanation.

DO NOT USE THIS LAUNDRY SERVICE! Dropped off my two throw blankets around noon and they said it would be done today. It was getting late so I called to see what time I could pick it up & the woman on the phone said "sorry not today" I asked why because they weren't closing for a while and I explained that the woman told me it would be done today when I dropped it off. She then said "sorry, it won't be done today". Terrible customer service. There are so many other options in East Boston, I will NEVER use them again. Also they're overpriced. Do yourself a favor.

I was asked to leave at 7:50pm on a Wednesday night. They claim to be open till 10:00. An attendant told me that the last wash is at 7:00. Either update your hours or treat new customers better please.

I went to use their drop off laundry service. I dropped it off when it opened. They did itd be ready at noon. I go to pick it up at about 12:30 and they say "sorry not ready yet. Come back at 2". Very annoying. The quality of the cleaning is not good. One pair of jeans in there had mud on the from the farm. They weren't washed correctly and now are stained. There goes $60 jeans. The prices were high. I thought it didn't sound bad when it was a dollar something per pound, but apparently my normal sized hamper was over 30 lbs! I ended up paying $40 for maybe 2 or 3loads of laundry. This wouldn't be bad if the quality matched.

Price is great they don't speak English but as long as you don't care it's quick. Big washers at low price drying is cheap aslo

Instead of giving users options for payment, they use a Money Card system whereby customers buy a card for $5 and add credit as they go. Last week, I added $20 of credit to my Money Card because of a "$2 dollar bonus" promotion. The following week, the owner updated the Money Card system (which makes my current card useless) and the employee in charge would not allow me to transfer the credit that I had just added to my old card to a new card. I essentially threw out $20 and her recommendation was that I purchase a new card for $5 and add more credit. A quick Google search shows six options for laundromat service in East Boston, I will just try out another place, and recommend you do the same.

I really like this laundromat, at least for their wash/dry/fold service. It's about as good as you could expect: you bring over a big bag of clothes and a few hours later you come by and pick up a fresh bag, with all of your clean clothes folded nicely into a couple of stacks. They do a good job cleaning and they're totally reliable. They do have a 10 lbs minimum which is kind of annoying, but in practice I've never had less than that anyway. And for $0.85 per pound it's not that much more than just using their machines; for me, being able to just drop all my stuff off on the way to class in the morning, and pick it up on my way home in the evening, is more than worth the extra cost. I did use their machines once, and like another reviewer said, it was annoying how you have to buy a keycard to store value on, so if you want to use their machines it might be easier to go somewhere else. But I'm still giving them 5 stars just because their drop off service is so good that I've never been interested in going anywhere else.
