Dr. Olga is simply the best vet I have ever been to. She figures out complex issues that the large hospitals could not and cares.

The receptionist was lovely but I decided not to let Dr. Olga to treat my dog. I tried the Charlestown clinic given the convenience but it is well worth the walk to the North End Vet. The North End Vet has a calm waiting room and the staff greet my pet before trying to examine her. The Charlestown staff greeted my pet. The Vet did not. It caused my pet to become anxious which was not a good situation for anyone. I’m glad I left. I have never had an issue at The Pets Vet.

We purchased a French bulldog puppy, and the question immediately arose of finding vet. On the advice of friends we went to this vet clinic. We are incredibly happy. From the first minutes we received answers to all our questions, got all the vaccinations. Thank you very much to Olga and her entire team! Thank you very much to Lisa and Tatyana for their competent advice. Special thanks to Lisa, who is in touch with me 24/7 and answers all my questions!

Extremely and insightful vet. She figured out really complicated issues with my dog and cat and really cared. This was after multiple vets could not accurately diagnose. I recommended Olga to everyone.

Dr. Olga has been seeing my (now 6 year old ) dog, Alaska, for well over a year now and each visit I’ve brought to her attention that Alaska seemed sick. I’ve mentioned specifically that she wasn’t eating well, she was lethargic, she had diarrhea, and that she seems shakes and seems weak. Each time I’ve visited I’ve been told Alaska is fine and am prescribed something and sent on our way.Our last visit was on Wednesday 5/17/23 - during this visit I expressed extreme concern for Alaskas health. She hadn’t been eating for several days and because Alaska ate treats from the vet Dr. Olga’s response was “don’t make something out of nothing” and then suggested blood work and vaccines and sent us on our way ($300 later).Fast forward three days later, Saturday 5/20/23 and Alaska was still not eating and her drinking started to slow. I brought her to a NEW vet and they drew blood and IMMEDIATELY found abnormalities and suggested further tests.Alaska had to stay the night because she wasn’t stable - $3,800 later - we found that Alaska has Addisons Disease and almost died.Dr. Olga either ignored the signs or didn’t know enough to treat my dog properly… either way, it’s not okay. This doctor and this clinic have lost all trust.

Dr. Olga really is great. She's knowledgeable, caring, cleared up all of the issues our dog had after we rescued him and not to mention manages a hectic schedule going to each location. The vet techs are good too. But the entire experience is stressful. Small and hectic waiting rooms, claims never being submitted to insurance, taking down the wrong information so they can never find your records, or forward them if needed. But the bill is always sent on time. My dog had what turned out to be a benign cyst removed, but the lab report said it was "terminal lung disease". Needless to say I had a meltdown and called 10 times to try to find out what to do, if that was even the right report, anything. The person on the phone said, "so why are you calling?" Finally, I got a response, an email that only said, "it might be terminal lung disease or it might not be", with the bill attached. It blew my mind. Now that we're at a different vet, I see how non stressful the experience can be.

Dr. Olga really is great. She's knowledgeable, caring, cleared up all of the issues our dog had after we rescued him. The vet techs are good too. But it's an overall bad experience. Our information was wrong in the system so they could never find your records, or forward them if needed and the waiting rooms are tiny and hectic - pets are only seen for 2 hours 1 day per week so everyone is there during a small window and you can wait for an hour and my claims were never ever submitted to insurance, but the bill is always sent on time! My dog had what turned out to be a benign cyst removed, but the lab report said it was "terminal lung disease". Needless to say I had a meltdown and called 10 times to try to find out what to do, if that was even the right report, anything. The person on the phone said, "so why are you calling?" (!!!!) Finally, I got a response, an email that only said, "it might be terminal lung disease or it might not be", with the bill attached. It blew my mind. Now that we're at a different vet, I see how non stressful the experience can be.

If I can rate it ZERO stars, I would. We took our fur baby here last year and Dr. Martin was AMAZING. Gave our dog attention and a thorough exam. We brought our dog back this year and she was seen by a different vet (Dr. Olga) and she was unprofessional and argumentative with me. I did not like the way she handled my pet. I paid $360 for an annual fee, other tests they recommended and vaccines and they saw my dog for less than 20 minutes!!! I was so upse that I came home and checked on Dr. Olgas license to discover that she is currently on PROBATION!! not surprised after witnessing her demeanor/services myself. Will not be coming back.

If you want a simple vaccination, they will require you to pay for an $80 exam. The female vet (she didn't even state her name) was very rude and told me to go to pets mart instead.
