Be cautious with your laundry.
I did a big load of laundry recently, and my clothes came out soapy. I initially thought I had used too much detergent, so I had to spend another $10 to wash them all over again. Later, I noticed a nearly empty bottle of fabric softener dripping inside the soap dispenser of a laundry machine. It looked like it was being emptied. A staff member removed the bottle from the soap dispenser and threw it away, but they didn't do a load of laundry afterward as I had expected. I had spent near 20 minutes and no laundry was done in that machine. This is less than ideal.

This place is amazing!! I recently brought in my cloth to get washed (drop off service) the people there are amazing their folding technique is so neat and organized I’ve never seen someone fold cloth in such an organized way! Not to mention the smell of the laundry detergent they used, it smells amazing!! Totally recommend!

i'm like obsessed with this place. after paying $112 for 15 shirts to be dry cleaned elsewhere, they honestly do my work shirts just as good here in the machines. and it's so cheap! i've brought like 2 weeks of clothes, sheets, towels, etc & i've never spent over $35. loveee this place! i wish they spoke english but i mean welcome to east boston.

I would come here every two weeks, ladies were amazing. me and my partner even brought them food several times while our clothes dried. Today my partner went with our roommate and the ladies were very disrespectful making remarks and questioning there every move. when my partner started taking our clothes out of the drier one of the women's said what a mess. Will not be using them anymore we are paying for the washer and dryer not asking for them to do it for free. recurring customer that are sweet should not be treated in a rudely manner when they have a stressful day.
