Extremely rude employee. She did not want us looking at the shirts she got mad at my husband and snatched the shirt from him. I said we were good and leaving she said GOOD. No way to treat customers,
High end stores let you touch the merchandise. This is a tourist town with many people from various backgrounds, show respect.

Their customer service is the worst. I called to inquire about a possible lost item in their store and was told it was not his problem nor his job to find my lost item and hung on my. Never gave me a chance to explain what happen.

Staff was amazing. I wish there was an online shop though. Daughter bought a mug and the air porter dropped it and it shattered. It was a very rough trip home. I was hoping to order a replacement online. Unfortunately, not an option.

Nice shop but needs to allow for online shopping as well. What if I want something more later. Not traveling 15 hours by car or hundreds by plane just to go to this shop. Everyone across America or maybe further qould want ro order something.

This is must go places when your looking for any Boston gear on the way home. They have the best staff to include this great little older lady that brightend my day. Last year I stopped by the shop to get my daughter a hat and Jersey. When I got home and tried it on my daughter it was too small. given the fact that I dont come to Boston probably but once a year I did not even think about being able to return it but I put in a closet anyways. This week I returned to Boston and was running through the airport with the bag from last year and decided to see if they would exchange these for different items of a bigger size for my daughter. Indeed they did. I was so happy that with a receipt that old they were able to help me out. I will definitely be making another stop though this shop when I am in Boston again.
