My visit to the Boston Tea Party Ships & Museum was an unforgettable experience! Stepping back in time to the pivotal moment in American history was both educational and inspiring. The interactive exhibits brought the events of the Boston Tea Party to life, allowing me to immerse myself in the atmosphere of revolutionary Boston. The knowledgeable staff added depth to the experience with their engaging storytelling and passion for history. I especially enjoyed participating in the reenactment of the Tea Party itself—it truly felt like stepping into history. This museum is a must-visit for anyone interested in American history or looking for a unique and engaging museum experience in Boston. Highly recommended!

As someone who doesn't understand English, the explanation was too quick. It was absurd, but I studied a little about American history.I think it will be helpful. There are experiences and various things to do.There is a program

All i could say is that the fee you pay here is totally worth it! Experience for yourself to be more patriotic and see how america has started. Has a restaurant inside. No parking. Not really a stroller friendly place. Accepts credit/debit. Has a souvenir shop too. Buy your ticket in advance for convenience, they could move you earlier or later as long as the crowd allows, they are really accommodating.

Wow, what a great experience! I had a day off in Boston and was looking for something to do within walking distance of my hotel, when Google Maps showed me this little building in the middle of the Congress Street Bridge. I was hesitant to go, despite a very high rating on Maps, because it was cold outside and I wasn't really looking forward to exploring boats in the freezing weather.Well, let me tell you - this museum is a must-see! Be prepared for a 1-hour long immersive multimedia adventure, complete with historical characters, reenactments, and plenty of opportunities for audience involvement. The actors they hired are believable and obviously passionate about their subject matter. When you first begin the tour, you will be given a card that "assigns" you the identity of someone who was actually at the Boston Tea Party. Some of these cards will give you a part to play during parts of the reenactment, but most are just to give you a peak behind the curtain to learn a little more about an "average Joe" during the start of the Revolutionary War.I can't overstate the quality of the production that goes into this tour, and I'm confident that even the most learned Revolutionary historian can learn something at this museum.Check it out!

THEY DO NOT HAVE AN AUDIO GUIDE TO TRANSLATE, SO I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT IF YOU DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH

Fascinating portrayal of one of the major events leading up to the American revolutionary war/war of independence which we enjoyed. At times it felt a bit rushed and assumed greater knowledge than we had (it’s not something taught in British schools) but was largely fun and informative and we recommend it. The Clam Chowder in the cafe afterwards was excellent and very reasonably-priced.

If you're looking for a more interactive historical experience in Boston- this is the one! It's quite varied so offers something for everyone. You start off in the meeting hall waiting for news of the ships and their tea in the harbour. They do say to get there 15 minutes before your tour starts and I would definitely try to- the reenactor guide hands out your "character" card (a couple have speaking parts) and has so much fun commenting on where everyone's from.Once the meeting wraps up you move to the ships and get the chance to throw some tea over and learn a bit more about the cargo before moving into the museum area with a mix of exhibits/video/holograms to show what happened following the Tea Party. You don't get to go back into the museum rooms so make sure to have a look around while you're in there.Genuinely, it's a lot of fun! I think it's a great way to show history and moves on at a good pace. It's very structured as they have multiple groups moving through so both times I've done the tour, it finishes exactly when it says it will which is great for planning your day. For winter months, wrap up warm as you are outside for around 15 minutes but inside, the heating is fantastic! There's a reasonably-priced gift shop and tea room as well (if you like tea, this is the place to come!).

It was a great experience to relive the enactment and then the fireworks at night on the 250th anniversary
