Good prices but they are extremely slow here with their line. Visited today and they had 8 people behind the counter and only 2 registers open? I’m sure there’s an explanation but it’s not a good look when most of the employees are standing behind the counter doing what looks like chatting and playing with their dog

I hate that place ..The people that work there are so fake and are serious liers.They will lie and smile at the sametime .My People I was banned for asking the employe to smoke sometime.If you want to smoke let me know !Yes I'm kind .What's wrong with simply saying ,I got to go but if you want to smoke sometime, let me know .Apparently that person was a fake person with a lieing smile .That is my short experience at assend .For being a nice person I, I get banned ! LoL...Ps ? Children should not be working at a place where multiple personalities are .PPS...The manager and most employees there need to be transferred to another location.I'm totally floored by this ignorance and arrogant behavior.The manager comes out screaming my full name while customers are in the store .People I was so embarrassed ?.

I had such a confusing two visits to this place. The first visit, on Friday 12/15, I had Rachel as my associate. She was fantastic! Super helpful, very nice, listened to my list of things I was curious about and looking for and answered all of my questions. 5 stars, no question. I went back the next day and the associate called me up to the counter, and when I gave a short explanation as to what I bought yesterday and wanted today, they told me to look at the kiosk. I told him I'd like to have an associate help me find a new kind of gummy as I'm not familiar, and he straight up said I can go to the kiosk to find something myself and he doesn't have any recommendations. I was shocked at how cold the interaction was. He then asked another associate if he had recs, he said he was busy, then said to me "go to the kiosk and I can help in a bit". I give those two fellas 0.0 stars. I feel too bad for how great the first person was, so she is why I'm not giving this spot 1 star. Y'all need to work on those two dudes, though; that was weak.

Great prices & fyre bud.... stellar service. Although Bruce Ferrera is a nice guy but defintely run him through hospitality 101. one must manage their own personality before mending guests.Key to future success.... I do thin that BOH managers are that for a reason. As a fellow in the profession of facilitate the guests' misunderstandings should just be blowin' in the wind... " See you TOMORROW then a week from that.... and continue! Grrrreeat selection and excellent range for the connoisseur and the taste tester.

Honestly this is one of the the nicer dispos in boston but i am forced to leave one star due to the confusing nature of their logo, which is a downward pointed arrow. This logo would make sense if the company was called 'descend'...good flower tho
